What do you like best about the product?
I Am able to test on real device amd with so many options of real devices available
What do you dislike about the product?
While testing if there is inactivity even for few minutes the session expires, that is really frustrating
Also when one device has a page open and I want to view same page on other mobile device,
I can open another device at the side but I have to go through all login process and reach to that page
It would be really convenient if I just click on other device and get to compare things right away

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am liking how it always user to use multiple devices and real devices
But one thing that is frustrating is scrolling
When I scroll to slide down little on the page it literally takes me all the way to the bottom of the page(i should have mentioned this in areas of improvement but I don't wanna forget the point)

Good tool for multiple browser/device support
What do you like best about the product?
All browsers and device simulation at one place. Saves time and effort in arranging them when required during testing. Overall saves lots of cost and helps in quick completion of tasks be it functional or multiple browser automation
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be improved as competitors are offering much lower with almost same features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For B2C module, we are dependent on verifying our product in the number of Browser+ device combinations and with browserstack , its a one stop solution. It saves lots of time on checking the flow in the combination.
A step way ahead of bugs
What do you like best about the product?
OTP-based authentication and in-app purchasing can be tested using BrowserStack. The parallel test execution makes it more reliable and efficient for testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack is much more efficient for testing the applications, but some features could be optimized for better performance. Documentation needs to be updated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing BrowserStack improved the development and testing gap, shortening the deployment and testing cycle and ultimately reducing costs.

What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to get started testing.
The support team is very supportive and knowledgable .
The automate feature is simple to plug into and its pretty cool to be able to watch the recordings of the tests.

It's a little challenging to hook into some local environments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack has allowed us an easy framework to hook in to run our automated tests in bulk. The executions are recorded so we can easily go back and review the results.
Quite a good one
What do you like best about the product?
That I can test manually or run automated tests on specific, real devices. Also that we can run tests in a parallel. It works quite fast and seamless and I like that I can open a dev tools
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if it is still relevant but I had some issues when wanted to test in local enviroment. Now for the development I use rather apple simulator and browserstack is used by QA and on automates tests
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to that we can deploy code more often and use continued delivery. Also testing on every device and system and kind of always reproduce hard-to-reproduce bugs.

- Browserstack has limited cypress support
- Browserstack local testing is bit complicated to setup when the preprod environments are behind VPN

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is currently working on including cypress integration with its observability sdk feature which has been introduced recently. this will be very helpful in tracing the failure of cypress tests
Best testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack has a lot of features, my favorite one is that you can test in real devices (not emulated). Native devices gives you accurated data at the time of testing your web apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to belive but I can not complain about this tool. Probably the only thing is that it is quite expensive but it is a great deal, your money is well expended.

Testing in real devices makes my job easier, it is stable and reliable. You can even change your IP to test different visitors as well of diferent user agents in real devices.
Very helpful for mobile application testing (android and iOS) !!!
What do you like best about the product?
As a tester,it allows cross-browser testing, both manually and through automation. We can test numerous Android devices and report bugs. Also, we can record sessions for regression testing. It is a very dynamic tool to work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches and lags a lot, primarily if we work from Vdi.

In our company, we need to do mobile testing manually and through automation; hence to get detailed coverage, we use BrowserStack. BrowserStack allows us to test on different environments and browsers, and it supports multiple languages like Java, C# and Python.
A good, but not great tool for reviewing sites on different environments

Browserstack is the best tool available for testing sites and online stores on several different environments, like different browsers, tablets and mobiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes the most popular models are running slow and there is little variety in Android tablets.
