Great product but expensive.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to live test on various types of browsers and mobile devices. It's very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like being limited on the number of minutes I can use when testing. We have a team of 5, and $150/mo is way to expensive when all we want to do is test sites we build on mobile and desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool to test websites I have built on different browsers and mobile devices. It's great to test on the "real" device when I don't have access to the physical devices.
Browserstack is a solution to your mobile app testing coverage problem.

3. Can be used as many times I want to.
4. Easy to implement test environment.
5. Multiple devices coverage.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Devices frequently disconnecting even when session is being used.
2. When we use kill app feature, it does not kill the active app in foreground only, instead kills all the ative apps which is really annoying.
3. We should be able to select device from a specific country, instead of auto select from pool from the country which we don't want. For example, I should be shown option of number of devices available in India, Germany, US and I should be able to select from where i want. As my application reports the country where device exists and thats a problem for me in analyzing the analytics.
4. Using 2 devices at same time slows down the performance.
5. Device settings are not accessible which we particularly need, for example device id cannot be fetched. Only few settings are available in side menu, should be more options available.
6. Integration with automation tool should be more easier.

Ease to access devices.
Ease to access devices.
Easy to use and can stand larger quantities of tests
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is really awesome and easy to use. Compared to our previous vendor for visual regression testing, it's so much easier to see the differences in screenshots and approve builds. I'm not an admin on our account, but it seemed relatively easy to set up and integrate with our testing pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I dislike how our team uses the product in an inefficient way, but that's not related to Percy (the product we use directly)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is solving the test framework/suite problem, allowing us to test on real devices and ensure no visual regression (Percy is the product we use). It allows us to see visual regression for every new pull request build and then approve/reject based on the visual differences.

Best in class Test Observability feature that when given due attention can be a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Test Observability - Best in class easy to use and provides great value and we use it everyday
The Playwright Node and Java SDKs made implementation a breeze
Pre-Sales engagement
Great sales team and GTM teams that helped answer all technical questions and followed up on all pending issues

What do you dislike about the product?
Post Sales customer support and product support no where near the pre-sales engagement whic was very disappointing
Not enough documentation around their SDKs and how to use them
No idea when newer versions of Playwright are available to use and they lag a few weeks behind which is frustrating

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Test Observability and running tests in parallel. We now have great insights into how many tests we run, how often we run them and how they perform. We can also measure test effectiveness, stability and flakiness.
We end up using browser stack to test issues that are reported on a specific platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Having such a wide variety of browsers to test. Real like the mobile options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I generally don't have enough time to use the tool as it is designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing why someone is reporting something broken.
Great testing tool for front end developer
What do you like best about the product?
Getting started with BrowserStack was fairly easy and I found the UX fairly easy to figure out as well. There are many browsers/OS to choose from which is great when testing your website. In the past I had to find someone with a MacBook to help me test new website components and test for issues that way. This tool lets me test using my PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software can be slow, especially if I am running a test and trying to inspecte the code and change the HTML/CSS while testing.
I have not yet figured out how to use the software with my local environment (Umbraco) and have gone through the documentation with no success.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BroswerStack is helping us test how our website would render on multiple devices/browsers by only using one computer. It is also helping prevent errors displaying on our live site and not letting end users experience poor UX.
Polished but Not Perfect
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is good for accessing a wide variety of devices for testing. If you need lots of different mobile devices like androids and iphones then browserstack works. It runs fast and the UI is polished. Customer service is also helpful when dealing with billing issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the local routing feature, it is difficult to setup and operate. It will sometimes work but other times fail randomly. There is also a lack of iOS versions, you can only choose between a few.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is helping me test how my mobile apps look and function on different devices without having to purchase the devices in real life.
Helpful but slow
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to test different devices without needing to purchase them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's speed. It's kinda slow. It was okay but still annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing on different devices for pixel perfection is hard otherwise.
