Automates Selenium Testing
What do you like best about the product?
It's a pain to manually run selenium tests, this removes a lot of that burden.
What do you dislike about the product?
Emulation can only go so far for hardware issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating cross-device testing
Great tool for cross-browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack has excellent performance for Mac & iOS devices, which is critical for our company's needs. I use it almost every day, and I definitely can say it's a convenient and must-have tool for every QA team. Since my team migrated from another emulation solution our productivity has increased, so I think it was a good decision to choose BS
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any concerns about BS functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack replaces dozens of real devices for a large QA team. Every team member has access to a specified device by demand
A very cost-effective way to test on real devices
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack gives me confidence that my software will work on real devices, because unlike testing with other methods (e.g. cypress with a different-sized browser) I know that there won't be differences between a simulated device and the real thing. BrowserStack has a system that I'd love to make myself but would never have the time or money to do half-as-well for even a few devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Using BrowserStack is harder, laggier and generally a worse experience than testing on real devices.
- There are (ironically) issues if you're not using Chrome

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps me test web apps without having to own the hardware I test it on. This is particularly relevant on iOS devices where the Safari version varies with the OS and there's no effective way to install different versions on a device.
Easy multi device/browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to switch between devices/browsers and all the dev tools that help me to evaluate how things are displayed and rendered to different users. It have a variety of devices.
It's just plain simple to use.
It's just plain simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the browsers/devices seems laggy, but it's not a blocker and probably is a connection issue, as I am based in Brazil. Also, I noticed some differences between the dev tools (chrome and safari) that sometimes does't really work, like:
Blocking requests in Chrome does not work in some iOS browsers, but Safari does. Not a problem but maybe it would be better to keep only the devtools that support all features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need of multiple devices to test how things are displayed and rendered to different users in different plataforms.
By allowing me to see how my website is going on multiple websites easily and without the actual need of the devices is a game changer.

Handy to have
What do you like best about the product?
Can easy test your software on different OS/browser and mobile OSs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't fully debug mobile applications as far as I can tell. Could be wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
don't need to have VMs and Phones with version OSs and browsers available in house to test on various combinations
A great tool for test automation
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation super test automation tool, allows quick verification on different operating systems, different browsers and versions. Great for regression testing when plugged into a CI/CD. Parallel tests possible. Visual tests. Recordings of test sessions, logs.... For daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
An increase in the number of ad hoc parallel tests outside the subscription is missing (on a daily basis I need e.g. 2 threads, occasionally I would like to run e.g. 10 simultaneously)
Visual tests a bit time-consuming to process
Visual tests a bit time-consuming to process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of daily regression and functional tests on a diverse environment.
Very good variant for daily testing during development
What do you like best about the product?
All Phones and Browsers are very quickly available, All versions and operating systems are covered, Possibility to access the localhost
What do you dislike about the product?
The address bar in the Windows VMS is only visible after changing the resolution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to install versions manually, I need fewer real devices
The most useful tool to debug and test your product virtually everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of available devices and the test integrations with few button clicks. Also, the customer support is fast and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Test integrations can be tricky to set up but are very worth the effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack lets me test my product across multiple platforms before shipping them to production.
Very excellent all device and browser testing application
What do you like best about the product?
Cross device browser testing is excellent
What do you dislike about the product?
Report analysis should be in more detail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On browser stack is really very easy to test website on different browser and devices and it has all the device versions. Which makes very convienent to test the website and solve the issues
BrowserStack is a game changer for testing across browsers and devices!
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack reduces dev time on our end by allowing us to test updates across browsers and devices in real time. We have caught numerous issues specific to a device or browser thanks to this tool. It's also super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we have run into is our inability to test our virtual try on tool using BrowserStack. We understand why, but definitely a downside with how much we use and depend on VTO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often test on our own browsers and devices and this tool reminds us that there is so much more to test to ensure a quality experience for our customers.
