It is more faster and user friendly to use than other cloud providers.
It has a more varied device list.

Most important are device compatibility automation and manual tests.
Overall a very useful and easy to use live/ automated website testing tool.

The simplicity and ease of use of the webcite is matched by no other.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pay wall that locks new users out of using all possible tools on the cite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to test my bot account codes on their webcite without worry of breaking terms of service on accident on a main cite.

some time feels Slow & device is not responding. also stuck the screen.

proper respond for devices and solve the screen stuck & slowness. otherwish it's good.

Device unavailability is annoying sometime
Few devices doesn't support network tracking which needs to be fixed also there should be an indicator to confirm if network tracking is available for specific device
Video in test automation dashboard takes lots of time to load
Also sometime network calls do not come in logs on automation dashboard
