At times, the devices are slow and not responding properly

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to switch from one device/browser to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Specifically for app testing, the device loaded may have a specific minor OS version than previously used. There is no option to load to a particular version on demand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack resolves many convenience blockers. Having many "physical" devices on demand definitely helps greatly with QA testing.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful in ensuring compatibility and functionality across different platforms and mobile devices, especially with Android devices and the multiple available versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, some results are not identical to real devices, mainly with mobile devices or sometimes the device is not available right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need to spend more resources to maintain and update physical devices.

What do you like best about the product?
App Live and App Automate are incredible for testing mobile apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of learning for someone to break through to this type of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me find flaws in some of the mobile solutions I've built for previously website-hosted offerings.
Very usefull things for QA who have to check every things in multiple devices.
What do you like best about the product?
i likes the best it's real time actions and speedy output, without hanging the system. large number of device list and allow multiple user to work simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prices are little bit high for an individual person for use. and some time in real device some issues is display but in same device of browser stack is not showing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's have large range of devices, so we can check our all requirements in multiple devices. we can share latest device screenshot to client that software is working fine.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to test my website on multiple browsers across multiple os versions is fantastic and has made testing browser compatibility easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The responsiveness could be improved a little, what they are doing is amazing but sometimes the visuals are laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not every developer can test their site on every browser out there, thus resulting in undertested websites. BrowserStack helps fix that. Once I am done building a website I just run it through different browsers of different versions to make sure everything is compatible.

Browser stack is helping my organization speed up our testing processes which cuts down significantly on development time

What do you like best about the product?
That it is really easy to spin up a new browser on any device and that it is actually live. Also, connecting to localhost is a very handy feature since elsewise you would need to setup a tunnel to access it

I was first unsure if "app live" is for also testing website so i wasted a bit of time there. But later i found out there is something specifically for website which is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That I don't have access to 30 devices I want to test my website on. For me I was running into an issue someone else had on their Iphone, which weirdly only existed on the 13 pro. So instead of finding a phone to test it i used browserstack

What do you like best about the product?
The support and documentation of the product, most of the issues that I have encountered, are resolved and are addressed properly by the support channels. Aftersales is awesome! Follow-ups and support on how we can maximize our subscription are on point and active on our communication channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are parts of the documentation that are outdated, like the parallelization example on the Python-Appium tutorial. Also, some framework integrations are missing; for example, I use pytest for our test framework, but the only documentation they have is for plain python execution. I hope they can add more test framework support that Appium supports as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud device provision and test automation parallelization saves us time by allowing us to integrate tests via CI/CD pipeline. In return, helps us to lessen the time of our regression test cycles.
