App live - Real time teating,instant access, debugging,geo location testing and simultaneous testing.
Helped in reducing time taken for manual testing with sim altane oue testing where you can test with different builds, devices, version, operating system.
App Automate : Automation testing, Parallel testing, smooth integration with Appium, webdriver for hybrid mobile app.

Learning Curve: Setting up and configuring tests may have a learning curve, especially for those new to automated testing.

Different operating system, different is version, latest devices, iPad and tab support

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack makes running your automation suites incredibly easy. They intergrate with multiple testing frameworks that are stunningly easy to set up. Besides they're amazing support they are also constantly adding new features that help with test enablement. This is the best option for routine testing wether you are using it for every pull request or even just regression testing. Also they allow for dual device weilding which GREATLY improves testing time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues I've had to BrowserStack have to do with tech limitations. However, most of those were resolved by changing testing frameworks. This is one of the easiest products to use on a routine basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solved numerous concerns we had from stocking test devices to reducing our average regression time. We were able to leverage the multitude of test devices BrowserStack offers to enable our developers to test their own changes on real devices as well as run our automation suite in the cloud. This has also helped in reducing our cycle time on code pushes.

1. Need to improve support on percy for mobile (Think about first time testing as in comparison with mocks than just regression), 2. App grid is still not suporting

Make a complete registration on the different devices to use the Apple and Google account.

It has been a part of my workflow because of its ease to use and I am glade to use this in my work for testing websites on devices. Best deature is all device support.

I dislike the most is basically I am using low end laptop this will take more ram which leads to slower working and lagging issue. And it takes more time to load.

I was using browserstack more over to check responsiveness of websites and some functionality's which are related to browser and device specific like chrome and safari.
The best tool to make plain checks on web app on multiple devices in a short period of time
What do you like best about the product?
Good range of available devices and solid developer options. The app is easy to use, with an intuitive UX, and it’s straightforward to implement. Customer support is quite decent as well. I also found it easy to integrate locally for FE development, which made it practical for my workflow. I was using it on a daily basis, and overall the app offers a big list of features.

Quite short free trial period

The most beneficial for me was using DevTools while testing web app on a mobile device.
