BrowserStack needs high-speed internet for dashboard view or taking the interactive session.

What I dislike about this software is that sometimes it becomes slow and heavy, it would be good if it improved the test speed, although I think that it can also be due to unstable internet connections, otherwise I have no problem its implementation is very simple, it has a support system that solves any problem in a matter of seconds and from the price I can say that it adapts to the quality of its services.

One of the features that I like the most about this software is its user interface, which is very solid and simple, which makes it easy to use and configure, it also provides us with a simple tool to test the usability in all the main browsers that we support as Safari, Opera, Firefox, IE and Chrome, Any user can perform tests from anywhere and at any time in a complete development environment very similar to the real one and as if that were not enough their technical support team is really incredible, since it is very well trained to solve any problem that we may have.

While it is true that Browserstak is an incredible software and adapts perfectly to all our professional needs, the cost of the plans it offers can be a bit expensive which makes it difficult for small and medium-sized companies to acquire. On the other hand, sometimes it can be somewhat slow and it is frustrating when you need to try something small, I have also gotten disconnected unexpectedly, but I do not think that this problem is related to the platform but to the speed of my internet.

Ease of use to instantly check out your website while running different desk/mobile environments. When building custom applications I feel like people do not check browser compatibility which can be an easy win for conversion rate optimization.

I find that I do not use it often. Not the fault of the service but I feel like you have sporadic use of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing cart and other usability design across browsers. We found some coding issues on some older browsers which allowed us to implement fixes as well as pop up warnings for users to upgrade their browsers to more up to date versions.

I would look to see if you need it year round or maybe if you just need to do annual audits of your code.
