What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is a simply amazing platform packed with unique and intuitive features and functions that make it stand out from other software competitors. This platform has allowed me on countless occasions to test the development of any website or application that we control on multiple devices and browsers to verify the timely correction of any error that may occur in the code. One of the features that I like the most about this software is its interface that is so pleasing to the eye that it makes it easy to configure and easy to use, it is also possible to access it from wherever it is necessary, either from my mobile devices or from my PC, on the other hand, the reports they require are very complete, allowing us to see where the error was and what we must change, and last but not least, the planes and services are very affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general terms, the software works excellently and up to the moment met all my expectations, adapting perfectly to my needs, so I do not have anything negative to delimit about this software. While true, it can get a little slow at times (which is frustrating when you need to try a trivial change) and it can also unplug unexpectedly, I think it's something that already depends on internet speeds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company develops websites and website integrations for a variety of clients with great variation in the target audience and since we started implementing Browserstak in our work routine it has given us the possibility to guarantee that our software, websites and applications exceed the expectations of both our clients and our bosses. What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is a truly amazing web and mobile application testing platform that has become very useful in my day today. Since it allows us to test the development of any website on multiple devices and browsers to ensure true responsiveness and fix any errors with the code. It is a practical tool with quite complete characteristics, which makes it stand out among other competing software. One of the features that I like most about this software is that it has instant access to more than 2000 browsers and real iOS and Android devices, which allows you to test pages in all views and detect errors before publishing live. I also like that you can not only evaluate the correct location of the various elements of the site but also debug Flash, JavaScript, or CSS. In addition, as if it were not enough, it has a very intuitive interface that makes it incredibly easy to use, it also offers very complete reports that allow us to easily visualize where the fault is.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I do not find any negative characteristic of which I should complain since, in general terms, the software works excellently, fulfilling all my expectations and even exceeding them. sometimes it works a little slow but I don't think the problem is connected with the platform, it probably depends on internet speed.

With the implementation of Browserstack in our company, the benefits it has given us have been many. What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is a great tool that allows me to do tests regarding all my applications and even my web pages, all this quickly and easily. I like the way it adapts to my works system, it is a practical tool with quite complete tools. It is possible to access it from where I need it, either from my mobile devices, various web browsers or the operating system that I am using at the moment, this has provided me and my work team with job stability and accesibility never seen before. I like how simple it is to use it and handle each of its tools, its interface contributes to the simple work that indoubtedly makes the whole process much lighter. Its four main products cover all the functions necessary to develop a test process excellently, safely and in real time. On the other hand I like the idea of being able to use IP change to test my applications in different regions where I need to distribute them, this provides me with a high sales reach. I like the idea if preparing reports that show in detail what happened in the tests of the applications in this way I can understand how it works, if there was any failure or if the system works perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with its complete tools, and with its active functionalities, the software is still a bit slow, perhaps handling so many processes together in a single system does not end up fully coupled. Although these tools are quite complete, it fails a bit in being intuitive, it does not perform functions by development but by personal configuration, I have to specify every aspect whener I need to perform a test, this does not speed up the work and even sometimes it can be a bit heavy for my daily work.

Since I started using Browserstack, many of our web development functions have benefited , it is now much easier to be able to do our job with a tool that allows me to do everything form your system. With Browserstack we manage to perform the necessary tests on the web pages or in the applications in development, where we obtain the necessary information to know if it is ready to use, how the system is developed and in case of any failure, find the solutions in a way fast and efficient, this allows us to offer a high quality service, without any problem, and most importantly, we meet the needs of all our customers. It's a fabulous tool that, with is great features, has allowed us to achieve each of our goals.

Something I like about it is that it keeps its characteristics updated always, so you can even check the software and apps and be sure you're working with the latest technology.

Sometimes, once I loaded the site, I have found some trouble with their phone consoles crashing. Even though the tracker role feature is very useful, since you can capture snapshots of a particular browser, it often runs a little slow.

BrowserStack is used in the IT department as our main automation tool. This allows guaranteeing the reliability in all the major platforms we our services worth with, such as Chrome, Firefox, and Android, all of which can easily be checked by using this single tool. In general, I don't have negative aspects that make me change my opinion of how excellent Browserstack is, but I think they can improve its performance since it sometimes becomes slow. But the rest are all aspects that make me choose it against other software

BrowserStack has helped me to test the site in different browsers on different platforms and sizes easily. For some errors that customers said occurred in a specific environment, it is sometimes difficult to reproduce. It helped me a lot and saved a lot of money by not having to buy the same phone / computer for the test.

It is not a light tool, it is usually quite heavy, slowing the system and being slower than normal. The cost for some of its products is accessible, however there are others in which the cost is quite high, and although it requires constant use, I have limited its use for the cost of the subscription.
It is not very intuitive, I need to specify the configurations step by step every time you need to test my applications, subtracting automation points from the whole system in general.

Browserstack has it all in one, it is a safe, easy-to-use, flexible tool with high access capacity, although its cost may not be the most accessible for me, I always think it is worth the investment. It allows all web developers to exploit all their professional capabilities very easily, facilitating many functions quite efficiently.

The ease of use. The automation dev's have told me the API is really cool to use.
For me, I mainly use the dashboard and App-Live to test the iOS app we're making, which I find really cool and hasn't had any issues so far.

We don't always get the devices we would prefer running our automation suite. I presume this is because other projects are trying to use them at the same time. It hasn't been an issue thus far.3

What do you like best about the product?
If you require to check an specific bug or feature of your web app or mobile project you could check it like you are using a different mobile or another web browser. You can select precisely what kind of mobile or web browser you will need for the test you want to do
What do you dislike about the product?
As a tool it needs a lot resources from your machine, so be careful if you going to use it and you have open some other programs. My advice on this situation is that you have to close all the programs as posible and the use Browserstack. Another miss point is sometimes Browserstack reset without a reason
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience with Browserstack was checking the style from the website that we were developing, and the bugs only appears on Internet Explore. So with Browserstack I didn't have to look another machine with anohter system operative. I could check the problems that the client mentioned directly on Browserstack.

If you want save time and money on checking or testing your website or mobile app I will recommend Browserstack as a tool. It is easy to use, and the problem could be solve faster
