Quality and Efficient Testing at Ease
What do you like best about the product?
The UI of BrowserStack is the best which I have tried recently. It is super easy to set up test environments and navigate around them. It supports older OS versions of mobile devices seamlessly, which solves many business needs. It is a time saver and helps the team to work more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the plans are on the higher side. I am expecting the support of Api testing as well, which, when it happens, will help me a lot to use a single platform for all the use cases. Apart from that, there are timeouts issue, which can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to test our use cases quickly and efficiently. It saves a lot of time and manpower through its efficient testing environment setup. It is helping a lot to track back older versions of OS which is very helpful in our business. Automation testing is simpler, enabling the team to do faster software releases.

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack offer some great products but more importantly they work with us to implement new features onto their platform based on our needs. They also go further than their core offering in helping us with uplifting our automation skills across our test team
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific to dislike but competitors particularly in the mobile space do have some exciting features that i would love to see on browserstack
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross browser and device testing partilcualy in the native mobile space has mean that we no longer need to buy and maintain our own devices. We have gone from a huge cupboard of phones to just a few!
Simple and speedy, just not super friendly while testing with Locals.

Browser extensions make the coding life easier.

The Local re-route plugin sometimes failed, making me feel annoyed.

Firstly, for extensive usage, the costs can add up, especially if you require multiple user licenses or access to many devices. Additionally, occasional reports of performance issues, such as slow loading times or lag during testing sessions, can impact productivity. Lastly, while BrowserStack offers a wide range of browsers and devices, there might be instances where you need to test on a specific niche browser or device that is not available in their inventory. Despite these limitations, BrowserStack remains a valuable tool for comprehensive testing and collaboration in most scenarios.

As a consultant, BrowserStack solves my problems by offering a wide range of browsers and devices for thorough testing. It helps me collaborate with clients, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure secure testing.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed using App Live testing. App Live is useful and practical for functional testing on different mobile devices and versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sensitivity of the device keypad can be improved. Navigation is somewhat tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is difficult to procure and manage a large number of physical mobile devices. Browserstack's App Live feature has made it easy for the entire team to test on different devices and versions. Thereby reducing the number of defects in production.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack Test Observability gives my team their test results quickly, accurately and displays data simply and easy to read. The play back videos are helpful when debugging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Network issues / lag can sometimes cause pain when writing tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack Test Observability is allowing us to test on multiple browsers and devices, we can analyse data easily and display results accurately.
Efficient, Easy to use and with lot of devices with different version to test
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the BrowserStack for quite a time now as my company has the license of BS. It has been very helpful in case I wan to test on real devices and debug a particular issue. We had a case where we were facing issue on IE and Edge browser but it was working fine on other platforms. BS helped me quickly check the issues and sort it out. Another scenario is for iOS as it could behave differently on real devices. We regularly use the BS to test our apps on different plaforms and browser to be more proactive on fixing the things.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Using the local testing sometime is painful as it takes multiple attempts to connect to local and use BS with localhost
- Conosle it only available for Chrome browser when doing the local testing

- I can test lot of browsers and different verisons for different platforms right from BS
- I can do local testing as well before to release as it adds additinal layer of bug free software

What do you like best about the product?
it has a user-friendly interface. The other good thing is that the devices have fast speed internet connections and are not slow at all.

i dont like the fact the session times out in case of user not being active
