Expensive tool but continues to innovate in the QA space
What do you like best about the product?
For the most part, the range of products available and the ease-of-use in the platform in which you can carry those operations out is good. It's clear that Browserstack is a front-runner in the QA industry because they continue to re-invent and invest in new technologies to bring teams forward. Having one software to access multiple tools is rare and is something Browserstack do well.
Easy to integrate!
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing options are not the most flexible and tend to cater to bigger organisations, costs in general are high as well. Clarity over the pricing of new tools like test management, observability before investing in trying out the Beta would be better.
I regret purchasing Test Observability so early on it's development phase as there's still many flaws, while they have good response rates from their support engineers, they haven't been able to resolve any issues after 6-9 months of investigation.
The stability of running tests in Browserstacks cloud environment can be poorer than running in a local environment.

The user experience is really good. We can integrate other SaaS and other stuff, like the banking service SaaS.

What needs improvement?
There is room for improvement in pricing.
For how long have I used the solution?
I've used it for a project for around three months, mostly for credit confirmation.

I would rate the stability an eight out of ten. There's no lagging and jittering.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
It is a scalable solution.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is easy. It's on the cloud, using real virtual devices.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
With respect to pricing, they are a bit expensive. I would rate the licensing model a six out of ten, where one is expensive, and ten is cheap. So, the price could be a bit decreased.
What other advice do I have?
Everyone has their own analysis. I advise them to analyze whether it's a good tool for their requirements before deploying it.
Overall, I would rate the solution a seven out of ten because it's difficult to replicate the way we experience BrowserStack on the spot on our virtual device. But because of its growing functionalities and features, we can't shift to multiple devices, so we have to go for BrowserStack.
Which deployment model are you using for this solution?
Public Cloud
