What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like a politics with pricing: it's x2 for two devices, x3 for 3 devices etc. So we will more probably cut our integration test runs with some smoke suite then parallel it with paying at least twice more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need to host mobile apps farm and test our app in real devices automatically on a regular basis.
Reliable solution to create e2e tests
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that my engineers can write e2e tests for both mobile applications in ReactNative, as well as, web apps built with ReactJS and Vue.JS. We have the e2e tests integrated in ou CI systems and only allow new changes when the tests pass. It gives us the confidence we need to add new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are none I could spot so far. I have to use the product for a few more months. Perhaps the fact that concurrent seats are limited make it harder to have multiple users using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said previously, it gives me the confidence we can roll out features to production with high confidence. Another benefit is to have this integrated as part of our build pipelines, reducing time and rework when testing.
