Support is very good.
What do you like best about the product?
Support is very good and they are always prepared to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the system that they have to use an internal network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tests in different versions of Browsers, for automated and manual tests. It is not possible to have a lot of versions of every browser but Browserstack has the possibility to use different browsers and OS.
Easy set up with good documentation and api
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is pretty easy to set up and connect to our existing Cypress tests within few hours with their comprehensive documentation and easy to integrate API. Also proactive supports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly good, but randomly the unavailability of the desired browser on desired devices. Also, support for Cypress 10 is yet to be released.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time spent by teams to set up and maintain an in-house browser/device grid is very high and over a long period ROI is not great. With Browserstack you can set it up within hours with a large pool of actual devices and browsers. This let us focus on actual testing rather than spending time on infra. Also, it works seamlessly on cloud CICD.

It is helpful in testing in all versions of any browser, the User Experience is best.

Initially, Both Web applications and Mobile App will be a package, now we have to buy them separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing an application in different versions of browsers in different Operating Systems is a complex and time taking task. Browserstack solves it.
Best application for QA's to visualise and test
What do you like best about the product?
With browserstack we can simply upload any app which we want to test functionality, UI and device compatibilities. There is a bunch of different devices and models availble in browserstack so we can run our testing phase application like we are installing it on a physical device.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a video recorder option
is available, however its visualization can be made better, like crop and visualize the device only. Also it can add more devices and models to test.

BrowserStack - Testing Performance Score & Insights of our client web app is easy with SpeedLab tool
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack enables a testing platform that is well suited for our dynamic website applications. We make use of its filter analytics option to restrict the display of data on only specific fields of our project such as data range, the granularity of user data, build name, application id and package name. We also configure test insights to schedule emails periodically and send them straight to our organization mailbox for our convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find the cost expenses as part of multiple product licenses to be a concern while working with the BrowserStack platform. The pricing is calculated for each license & for including an additional license, we have to pay a higher price. It would be better if they provide a license customization feature in which we can choose whichever product licenses we require for our customer procurements and get the cost margin within our estimates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While many modifications are carried out on our customer websites, we opt for BrowserStack services to test the performance and to debug various bottlenecks which occur while testing them. With the help of SpeedLab report, we evaluate the performance by observing user-centric metrics such as navigation timing API, Page Resource Summary and CPU Processing Insights. The performance score feature is critical as it provides statistics about network variations & web server variations after the application goes live onto Production. BrowserStack also provides recommendations through which we can further improve our website performance.

A Great Tool for Website Testing on Multiple Devices
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is the perfect tool if you need to test your website across multiple devices. The instance will provide diverse and reliable testing on different devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally some features don't work on the remote testing devices, and we find ourselves in contact with support to get it fixed. Occasionally video-recording a manual testing session is impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Browserstack for testing my website on multiple devices using multiple servers i.e. QA/Regression/Stagging or Production.
It works good, is fast and reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
Performance and tools like Percy. Possibility to integrate automation testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to buy services separately. Could be better, if I purchase the App live and the Live be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing on edge devices is important. So using Browserstack it is possible.
Very Happy

Testing different stuff on different devices
A testing solution that JUST WORKS!
What do you like best about the product?
Your tests run on REAL devices by default (with LambdaTest I went a whole week before realizing I was testing on emulators and had to click a special link to use real devices).
Also BrowserStack JUST WORKS! The DevTools work great for both iOS and Android devices (with LambdaTest I had issues viewing my CSS styles, and the DevTools experience on emulated devices is just horrible).
BrowserStack is the more expensive solution but in this space, you really get what you pay for (i.e. the cheaper options are not very good).

What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack is EXPENSIVE. They offer a quality product to be sure but should consider offering more pricing options to match reality (e.g. during development, you could stop working on front-end stuff and spend MONTHS doing back-end stuff but you would still need to pay to do the occasional front-end test in the browser. This could be solved by offering cheaper plans that last 24 hours, or 3 days or a week...or even better, the ability to buy testing hours that stick around until they are used up).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I initially thought I could tell my users to use Chrome on iOS devices and not have to bother supporting Safari and all its quirks, but it turns out that all browsers on iOS are just skins over Safari and you MUST test all of them. BrowserStack makes it possible to test on iOS devices that I would never have the inclination (or budget!) to purchase. This saves a lot of money while improving the quality of my websites.
