Our main automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack facilitates cross-browser checking for all variants of the platform. This provides helpful ways to configure how you display your app or phone. Something I like about it is that it keeps its characteristics updated always, so you can even check the software and apps and be sure you're working with the latest technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, once I loaded the site, I have found some trouble with their phone consoles crashing. Even though the tracker role feature is very useful, since you can capture snapshots of a particular browser, it often runs a little slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is used in the IT department as our main automation tool. This allows guaranteeing the reliability in all the major platforms we our services worth with, such as Chrome, Firefox, and Android, all of which can easily be checked by using this single tool. BrowserStack provides us with an easy way of making our choices and to monitor the performance of processes based on the chosen help plugins and app models.

BrowserStack is a tool well suited for companies that want to ensure the performance in their web services compliant with cross platforms. It's ideal if you have a blog that many people will see on the phone. I honestly think BrowserStack is such a valuable tool, I would suggest it to every company with a Marketing department focused on digital strategies, which is where most businesses should be focused today.

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is an excellent tool, part of my day to day. There are many aspects that I like about browserstack, some of them are:
- It is really easy to use and thanks to its versatile and efficient interface, it makes the job much easier.
- As I work on a Mac, Browserstack allows me to test my website compared to other browsers, including earlier versions that some clients can still use.
-Great variety of browser options with versions, also offers several options of mobile devices and tablets for Android and iOS and also supports different types of operating systems.
- browderstack gives complete reports that give the possibility to visualize and thus be able to solve the possible failures of the applications ... really useful.
- The API is amazing, very intuitive and easy to adapt to it.

In general, I don't have negative aspects that make me change my opinion of how excellent Browserstack is, but I think they can improve its performance since it sometimes becomes slow. But the rest are all aspects that make me choose it against other software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack has helped me to test the site in different browsers on different platforms and sizes easily. For some errors that customers said occurred in a specific environment, it is sometimes difficult to reproduce. It helped me a lot and saved a lot of money by not having to buy the same phone / computer for the test.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it without a doubt, in a nutshell it is an excellent tool that will greatly facilitate your work.

There are a set of features that seem great to me:

- It has high security, covers and supports all my interactions providing real-time web protection.
- It allows me to test my websites or applications by changing my IP, in this way I have availability for the correct use information in the regions that need it.
- Complete reports are taken at the time of the tests, in this way we obtain the required information, if there is any problem or failure and in this way we evaluate the possible improvement solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a light tool, it is usually quite heavy, slowing the system and being slower than normal. The cost for some of its products is accessible, however there are others in which the cost is quite high, and although it requires constant use, I have limited its use for the cost of the subscription.
It is not very intuitive, I need to specify the configurations step by step every time you need to test my applications, subtracting automation points from the whole system in general.

Browserstack has been an impeccable tool to meet our goals of creating and developing new products with high quality service. We have been able to test our web pages and applications in different web browsers, operating systems that include mobile devices, performing tests anywhere in the world to corroborate its full functionality, with this we achieve that most of our clients can access our community wherever, whenever you want, improve our products and services, facilitating all our daily work.

Browserstack has it all in one, it is a safe, easy-to-use, flexible tool with high access capacity, although its cost may not be the most accessible for me, I always think it is worth the investment. It allows all web developers to exploit all their professional capabilities very easily, facilitating many functions quite efficiently.

The ease of use. The automation dev's have told me the API is really cool to use.
For me, I mainly use the dashboard and App-Live to test the iOS app we're making, which I find really cool and hasn't had any issues so far.

We don't always get the devices we would prefer running our automation suite. I presume this is because other projects are trying to use them at the same time. It hasn't been an issue thus far.3

The best thing is the integration process and the speed . The customer support is impressive with support to all the selenium functions for automation at ease.
The logs and screenshot facility helps in debugging the issue in a more efficient manner.

Sometimes the system has lags and it is a costly affair.

- Most of the general population are consistent with their work.
- Good paced advancement, with a sensible measure of adaptability on arrangements.

What do you like best about the product?
If you require to check an specific bug or feature of your web app or mobile project you could check it like you are using a different mobile or another web browser. You can select precisely what kind of mobile or web browser you will need for the test you want to do
What do you dislike about the product?
As a tool it needs a lot resources from your machine, so be careful if you going to use it and you have open some other programs. My advice on this situation is that you have to close all the programs as posible and the use Browserstack. Another miss point is sometimes Browserstack reset without a reason
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My experience with Browserstack was checking the style from the website that we were developing, and the bugs only appears on Internet Explore. So with Browserstack I didn't have to look another machine with anohter system operative. I could check the problems that the client mentioned directly on Browserstack.

If you want save time and money on checking or testing your website or mobile app I will recommend Browserstack as a tool. It is easy to use, and the problem could be solve faster

I didn't have to buy a mac to test things lol

It can be a bit slow, mobile testing is very small as it's on a phone sized portion of your screen, not a full screen, so a bit hard to see at times

I need to test our product on a variety of platforms and devices, and this works great. I have Windows and Android devices, but this lets me test on Macs and IOS without having to purchase them

It doesn't test Linux but works with Windows, Mac, IOS, android platforms well

The ability to QA and performance check multiple operating systems and browsers in such a quick and reliable way is essential for me and my team. It allows you to simulate devices on a budget and lets you check your website against every leading device/browser/operating system in the market

Sometimes you can miss bugs that you would normally spot in live browsers due to the rendering

Great Software for Web Designers / Managers
What do you like best about the product?
With the constant browser changes, this is a great piece of software for viewing your website in a variety of browsers, OS and devices.

It's a little slow to load some of the devices.

The majority of our customers still are using old operating systems and browsers as they are in hospital / facility settings with limited technology. So if they are having an issue, it's nice to be able to see exactly what they are seeing.
