Wide Device Coverage Makes Testing a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love testing on a wide range of devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s becoming increasingly complex, and it doesn’t seem to offer a separate path for FED or QA individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client support is helpful, especially when they notice something I don’t see.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality that Browserstack provides. It makes it easy for our development team to test quickly, spot issues, and identify what needs to be fixed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside I’ve noticed is that performance can be slow at times, although that may be related to our local environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When our business team identifies issues on their websites, Browserstack helps us quickly pinpoint the cause and resolve the reported problems in a timely manner.
BrowserStack’s Extensive OS/Browser Coverage and Location Simulation Shine

The best thing is that BrowserStack has all the possible OS and browsers combinations and you can simulate almost any location. This makes the app super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI features are very expensive. Such as Low Code Automate. Also, in case you decide to cancel your subscription, all your automated tests wont be available, which makes you dependent to BS

It solves the problem of testing our app on different platforms. Saves money on buying multiple devices. Debugging the issues reported by customers from different parts of the world
Effortless Cross-Browser Testing, Needs Local Addon Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple BrowserStack is for anyone to use without needing great technical experience. I also appreciate the number of devices it supports, which makes testing our web browser iGaming games easy. The initial setup was very easy, and having used it before in my previous job, I really liked how it worked.
What do you dislike about the product?
The local addon doesn't always work as required. Sometimes when working with specific local ports, it doesn't get the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test web browser games across various devices and browsers, eliminating the need for many physical devices. It's simple for anyone to use and supports numerous devices.
Love the Cross-Browser Testing Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Cross browser and device testing with the latest devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Can give inaccurate results at times compared to real device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in cross browser testing
Effortless Cross‑Browser Testing with Reliable CI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BrowserStack is how easy it makes cross‑browser and cross‑device testing. Having instant access to a wide range of real devices and browsers saves a huge amount of setup time and allows us to catch issues early that we’d otherwise miss locally. It integrates well with our existing automation setup and is reliable enough to be part of our CI pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside for me is that test execution can occasionally feel slow or queued during peak usage, especially when running larger automation suites. There can also be some instability with certain browser/device combinations, which sometimes requires re‑runs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is solving the problem of reliably testing web applications across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems without the overhead of maintaining that infrastructure in‑house. It removes the need to manage physical devices or complex local setups and gives access to real user environments on demand.
For me, this means faster feedback during development, broader test coverage, and more confidence in releases. We’re able to run both manual checks and automated regression tests across the browsers our customers actually use, which helps us catch compatibility issues early and reduce production defects.

Effortless Browser Compatibility Testing with Real Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how BrowserStack makes it easy to test browser compatibility across different devices without the need for us to own them. The ability to easily spin up real devices for any browser or device is fantastic. I find its simple UI makes testing with minimal effort a breeze. Testing with true devices is crucial for accuracy, which is better than using simulated browsers. Also, the initial setup was straightforward, and it was easy to add team members and guide them on how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some trouble testing effectively in China due to overseas firewalls mainly making it difficult to determine if the cause was something we had with our application, if it was caused by the firewall in China, or something else. We worked through it but the experience could have been better. More clear guidance about the difference between testing in China vs other locations or maybe for any contract that has strict controls in its firewall would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack to test browser compatibility across devices I don't own, making device replication and geo-testing easy. It helps ensure quality work with real devices, offering accuracy over simulations, and the simple UI makes testing a breeze.
Abundant Real Devices for Reliable Testing
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of real devices available to test against.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are changes that aren't communicated that could disrupt your automation settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to manage a device farm is a huge win. Being able to immediately pick a phone model and test our application is amazing. Without Browserstack we would probably be using mostly emulation with one or two devices connected to some central machine.
User-Friendly Parallel Device Testing Across Screen Sizes and OS Versions
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to test multiple devices in parallel to test for e.g. screen size or OS version at the same time in a very user friendly manner.
The ability to change the network connection stability is also very cool.
The ability to change the network connection stability is also very cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not always able to access the devices I had planned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our app is used in the medical industry, where thorough validation is required. Using BrowserStack has saved us many hours and helped us avoid purchasing a wide range of devices, which would have cost several thousand USD. Being able to view multiple devices on screen at the same time also makes it much easier to verify translations, something that would have been a nightmare to manage with real devices.
We’re now looking into the automated testing features so we can benefit even more.
