What do you like best about the product?
I love that BrowserStack is a super high quality software and very quick. Effortless Testing on Multiple Platforms

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for mobile and web testing, and it's great for testing our apps on different browsers, OS, and proxy locations. I appreciate the App Live feature because it allows me to conveniently launch any OS and browser at any time and specify the OS version. It's extremely simple to set up, and our admins can easily manage users and their access. The ability to test on various resolution devices and across the latest simulators and OS variants reduces our testing time significantly. I'd definitely recommend BrowserStack to a friend or colleague, giving it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, sessions are disconnected when launching multiple tabs and launching it quickly by changing devices. I would like more user-friendly messages on why there is a session exit suddenly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack lets me test mobile and web apps across devices, simulators, OS variants, and browsers. It streamlines testing by reducing time significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for testing, and it's really valuable because it offers a full range of devices. This helps a lot since we've only got a few test devices on our own. I like being able to test different scenarios or settings on real life devices and see how everything looks and works. It's got all different device sizes and capabilities, making it easier to ensure compatibility across many devices. Most things are really good with BrowserStack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's a few devices that didn't support dark mode. And sometimes the session timeout can happen a bit too soon for my liking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for testing mobile applications on various devices and versions. It provides a full range of real-life device capabilities, which helps a lot in ensuring our applications work seamlessly across different scenarios.

Great for Presenting Cross-Device Journeys in BrowserStack

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
1) The range of devices and browsers available for testing. The journey is user friendly, simple and system works fast.
2) Accessibility scanning, easy to use was fast and I can test across browsers and devices this has been our main go to with European accessibility act and American disability acts coming in.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) I can't open in one go with two different browsers and devices on BrowserStack, for example - there are times I want to open apple and google (or Apple v Samsung) side by side to test the journey especially when presenting to stakeholders the journey.

2) As a new(ish) user who is only using Browserstack for a limited use case, I would like a tooltip or AI tool that will help me show in the tool the other uses I can use this system for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems Browser Stack is solving as mentioned before was around accessibility scanning and UAT across browsers/devices
