I use BrowserStack to test my web and mobile apps across different browsers and devices, which saves me time and resources. It solves the problem of testing across multiple environments without the headache of setting everything up myself. I really like its massive catalog of real devices, which includes different iPhones, Androids, screen sizes, and OS versions, allowing me to test instantly and know how my app will behave in the real world. Additionally, I find BrowserStack easy and fast to use, and the initial setup was straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use that BrowserStack offers. It also allows us to test on older devices that we no longer own in the team or company, which is really helpful. Additionally, I appreciate the fact that we can use BrowserStack Local to test changes before deploying to a server.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for cross-browser UI change testing and bug investigation. It lets us test on older devices without owning them, and with BrowserStack Local, we test changes pre-deployment.

Effortless Mobile Testing on Real Devices

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack for mobile testing of web-based applications and love that it allows us to test on real mobile devices without relying on emulation. I really like the ease of use and the accuracy of the testing environment. It's incredibly easy to browse different devices, sorting via operating system, manufacturer, and even specific browser versions. This is invaluable as we can provide true test coverage and replicate issues reported by customers on very specific devices themselves. The initial setup of BrowserStack was very easy and took just minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that I can't test the same environment across multiple devices easily. Navigating on one device and having other devices automatically synchronize would be helpful. Also, capturing network traffic and console output would be incredibly useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack lets us test on REAL devices, ensuring accurate coverage. Sorting by OS and browser versions makes replicating customer issues easy.

It's been a big help for faster debugging and smoother releases in our enterprise setup.

Streamlined Cross-Browser Testing, Security Concerns Persist

  • March 21, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use BrowserStack mainly for cross-browser testing of my web app and testing my mobile application on different devices across multiple platforms. It helps me test on various screen sizes, browsers, and OS platforms without needing to own the devices, reducing costs for our business. I like that they stay on top of industry practices, especially regarding testing services, so I take insights and knowledge from their approach to solving problems. I appreciate testing on real devices instead of setting up a device farm myself. I also enjoy browsing their tool set and am interested in how their AI-adapted tools will work. The setup was simple, and I found it easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always felt some discomfort sharing my org credentials like email and passwords, to enter into mobile devices and browsers when using BrowserStack. Sometimes sharing the credentials on a remote device feels insecure. I assume there might be security measures in place for those scenarios, but it's always the worst case scenario that comes to mind when sharing credentials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use BrowserStack for cross-browser testing and testing on multiple platforms without owning the devices, reducing our business costs.
