The only relevant testing platform

  • March 20, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to test websites and apps using BrowserStack. Every feature works well and very smoothly. Also the quantity of different devices you can test stuff on that's really a blessing.
Everything anyone needs for testing is in BrowserStack. I've never wanted anything else from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Never went through any relevant downside of using BrowserStack. It fulfilled all my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing our customized web apps in multiple devices. Needing to deal with multiple browsers and devices and every different quirk is hard to keep track of. Being able to switch and use the devtools for each one of the devices is a blessing.

What do you like best about the product?
Its App Automate feature is very useful, as it provides many devices to execute our tests.
Reporting and Analysis of test cases is very detailed this helps when we have to show these reports to any stakeholders.
We can download the pdf of report in our local machines and share it virtually within the team in BrowserStack only.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is very detailed, although I think they can give more options for the customisation of the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Browserstack for the testing of our mobile apps in our organisation. We are directly raising issues from BrowserStack to Project Management tools which saves a lot of times and help us to resolve issues faster

What do you like best about the product?
We get detailed network logs for all the actions performed in the app automation of mobile app testing.
Along with that we also get a new feature of crash logs. Where we can see a full of error stack trace for the reason behind app crash, this literally help a lot when for debugging app crash issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about BrowserStack, only thing is that there main pages of all feature are not very light weight they takes time to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is helping us for the execution of Automation Suite and debug the issue which are reported or identified on the test execution.

What do you like best about the product?
Apart from Automation and Manual testing in various devices and Browsers with the help of BrowserStack we can Manage our test cases. Here we can perform bulk operation for addition, deletion etc for test cases. But we can manage our test cases with the help of API. BrowserStack support several APIs to fetch, delete create Projects, Test Cases and so on. Integration of these API is super easy and efficient, this saves a lot of time
What do you dislike about the product?
They should enhance their documentation so that before actually accessing any new feature we can perform a hands on in the documentation only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using BrowserStack in our org from the past 5 years. Earlier we were only using it for manual and automation testing. But no we are using it for managing the test cases and project as well. We are also using BrowserStack for Accessibilty testing.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We can implement and run an Accessibility test by using our existing Automation test suite. BrowserStack has the provision to run Accessibility tests by installing BrowserStack SDK in the suite and test will run along with our functional automation suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Test result and dashboard of Accessibility testing is very good. However, the tag which are added in the tests automatically should be editable. We cannot modify those tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we were using BrowserStack for executing web and app automation testing suites of our products. In addition to this, we have implemented WCAG testing by setting up in our existing automation suite.
