Modern tool for modern problems
What do you like best about the product?
I love the depth of devices available for live testing. I also love the automation capabilities being built into the tool. This tool eliminates us to maintain a huge library of devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real drawbacks I see with BrowserStack is at times, the inspector can be a bit laggy and the UI isn't always as intuitive as it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack lets us test across a huge array of devices across a distributed team. Recently they've made big advancements in automated testing which we are starting to invenst time and energy into build out test cases.
Cross Platform Testing Made Easy by BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use: The platform is incredibly intuitive, allowing us to effortlessly test our website on a wide range of devices and operating systems.
Number of Features: It offers a robust set of features, including device emulation, responsive design testing, and real-time debugging tools, which cover all our testing needs.
Ease of Implementation: Integrating the platform into our testing workflow was seamless. No intial setup requird and process was straightforward, and we were up and running in no time. Also we have MacOS tools, which enables local debugging.
Customer Support: The customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable. Though i only had one chance to get thier support.

What do you dislike about the product?
Frequency of Use: While the platform is excellent, sometimes devices got freezed and integrated dev tools not works as expected. Also we would appreciate more flexible pricing options for Frequency of Use.
Ease of Integration: Although integration was straightforward for our team, clearer documentation or additional tutorials could benefit less experienced users who might find initial setup slightly challenging.

One Stop Solution for Real Device testing & Cross Browser Testing
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack provides a great variety of real devices in its environment which helps carry out cross-browser, UI, Functional & mobile app testing. The devices are categorized into Android, Windows & IOS categories, enabling the user to test their application on all different types of OS & browsers along with the option to select different browser versions.
It also provides features and access to dev tools in browsers, making debugging faster. Geo Location testing feature helps user test their websites & applications in different countries, making testing more reliable for apps & websites which are to be launched globally.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally some devices load very slowly or get stuck at the boot screen which increases user testing time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing your app or Website on all physical latest devices available in the market is not practically possible, Browserstack plays an important role here in providing you an environment where you can test your app or website on all real devices & along with features to test on different OS & different Major browsers available in the market. This makes testing very reliable. Also features like dev tools, local testing, and testing on different country locations help to test your application more properly.

BrowserStack has greatly helped us when troubleshooting customer issues and determining if something is user error or an actual system issue.

There is really nothing I can think of that I dislike

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack provides real devices and it reduces lot of testing efforts and it's app automate is really very impressive where you can run your suite on different devices and platforms in parallel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only find bs a bit costly 😅 just kidding, I find everything in browser stack one seeks as a testing engineer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving emulators/simulators problem and real time test scenarios where various devices are needed.
Best out of the box ready infrastructure for your QA dept
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of time it takes between signing up and running your first test case and the diverse toolset that is available

Haven't found any yet, for a manual mobile QA its a dream

Takes away the overhead of having to purchase, maintain, and renew a collection of physical mobile devices for QA
Single platform for all your testing needs
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack provides all that you can ask for w.r.t testing products whether it is manual app testing on a device, automation testing on a cross-browser, multiple location support, real devices to test in parallel, performance testing, accessability testing and the list is endless. We use almost all the services that they have to offer for our daily testing needs and have barely encountered infrastructure/stability issues. Their documentation & ease of implementation is really solid and you can get set up within a matter of hours. The support experience is extremely delightful as a customer, whether it is to understand any of their offerings or providing help with integrating with your current frameworks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides about BrowserStack that I can particularly point out. Some of the elements missing earlier like a Test Management tool, Test Reporting tool have been resolved with the roll out of new products which are pretty exciting. Looking forward to further enhancements in those areas.

We need to test our website across different browsers, devices, locations, different types of users in terms of accessability testing, page speed performance and many other areas of testing. BrowserStack helps us as a single platform which provides all these products in a single place and with high reliability and performance.
BrowserStack is also continuously innovating & coming up with new products like Accessability Automation, Test Observability, Test Management which are solving our other problems and having a single platform which we need to integrate with and not bother about multiple integration setup.

Testing across differnt real devies in a single platform

The speed and slowness with bs local is the major challange.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing on multiple devices at one platform is very benefecial for my project ,and a platform to run my automation test cases and check the video logs whenever needed.
