One of the best tools for a Quality Assurance Engineer
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate with Firebase, TestFlight and App Center makes testing very easy. I can easily choose the source of the application, test it on different systems, browsers and devices. One of the best advantages is DevConsole, also for testing mobile devices - no more problems finding logs, screenshots or recordings. I also use the screen recording and GPS emulator on a daily basis. Automatic accessibility testing is also a plus. There are many features, such as Percy, test automation and even test management.
It was my first time using Browserstack but its intuitve and user friendly, with plenty of documentation if needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack tends to lag when I use LiveApp to test an app via TestFlight, making it difficult to determine whether it's a problem with the app itself or the device emulator.

What do you like best about the product?
Favourite features that I liked -
1. I personally like the dashboard feature a lot. It helps to manage and track our test cases on the same dashboard,making it easier for all team members for purpose of reference.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes virtual device testing becomes laggy, so need to restart the device every time and then re run the test.
2. Pricing is bit higher for smaller team or for an individual tester.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack provides feature for multiple real devices which is an important feature for all work from home folks. We can run multiple test events at the same time on many devices, which saves a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack's wide range of testing tools made it easy to streamline our entire testing process under one roof. We use the Accessibility Testing toolkit in our organization to identify and resolve accessibility issues during development. It's very easy to onboard and integrate into our existing testing pipeline. And now we're exploring its visual testing tools as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack's Accessibility Toolkit, being their new toolkit, has some issues related to automation, but their team is very proactive in resolving the issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am just trying out the browserstack paltform, it is benefiting me in terms of speeding my automation journery and tracking metrics

This platform gives a lot of adventages such as testing om myltiple different platforms

One of the disatvantage is limitted options for some specific test pourposes such running test when that require modifying a CSS style for particular scenarios.

What do you like best about the product?
Testing the responsiveness of my web apps has always been a nightmare for me. I've tried fixing it multiple times using Chrome DevTools, but the results are never accurate. BrowserStack has been a lifesaver, allowing me to test my web apps on real devices regardless of the OS version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times I felt little slower and laggy, especially the mobile device testing on the BrowserStack website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was facing issues with fixing mobile responsiveness and the look and experience of my web app on multiple OS, including Mac. Browserstack, help me to test on this devices without buying a physical device

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack enables a series of testing opportunities in which checkups can be made with a lot of devices and possibilities to check by geo location even.
It is easy to use as the ui is straidforward and well arranged.

It has some lags some times but nothing terrible

Browserstack enables us to have the whole team enabled to check web app without having everyone using many different devices.
Very useful to test on multiple physical devices.

Browser makes it really easy to test a bug found by a specific user's device.

Some screen issues when doing things like roating the screen.

BrowserStack solves purchasing multiple or new devices for debugging issues that can not be resolved on an emulator.
