My go to solution for responsive browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
Browsersack has been my go to solution for responsive browser device testing for a long time, it is simple to use, and along the has been introducting a lot of new features.
Works seamlessly on local URL's and with introduction of Visual and Accessibility testing makes it even more powerful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of dedicated iOs versions, the actual devices have limited iOs versions, there should be a simulator based approach as well where minor versions can also be selected.
Becomes a bit laggy at times suddenly, the performance aspect can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
Few high level points i would like to mention about browserstack App Automate
- Awesome availability of real time devices ( i am using IPAD)
- Helps me in testing IPADOS upgrade every year
- Compatible with all frameworks and languages available in market makes this tool versatile
- Ease of use with documentation provided by browserstack
- Support from Browserstack is tremendous

What do you dislike about the product?
There were few challenges i was facing 2 years back, most of them are resolved already but still i am having challenge with mutliple QR scanning in one flow
For this browserstack already agreed to fix in upcoming roadmap since this year its not possible

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is helping us in regression testing for new IOS builds every month. This regrssion builds are configured with CI tools which helps in saving our 3 to 5 buisness days work for every release.
browserStack gives real device feeling.
What do you like best about the product?
We can do local testing which are under staging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Device scrolling takes time and while inspecting the DOM its difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browsers do not show actual problems that are faced on real devices. After using BrowserStack overcome those problems.
The session is very helpful with lot of valuable advice, and information.

the user interface is very easy to use, and very good design

sometime, when testing mobile, it will ask me to wait until the device is avaiable.

Test management tool is a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Their test management tool helps us write and manage our test suite from one platform - so automation is very seamless. I like the AI description and clone feature. The ease of integrating the test management tools like JIRA, Qtest is awesome
Their low code automation platform is also very good as it helps us automate temporary webpages.

What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be slightly improved for test management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack has been really helpful in managing my test cases. It keeps everything organized in one place, making them easy to access. This makes it convenient to create test runs by combining relevant cases for specific features, and then automatically generates reports for those runs.

Nothing as such. I like Browserstack compared to other software testing and test management platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack allows me to build test management dashboards. Their integration with Jira and Qtest saves time for me and my team. the support team was quick and helpful

I like most of the features of BrowserStack which makes our lives easy while automating.

What do you dislike about the product?
I get a lot of idle timeout error nowadays. Also all the devices are not listed. i have some suggestions for it.
1. Make the idle session time a little bit longer.

1. Wide Range of Devices available for every category like Android, IOS & Windows Platform which makes it a very helpful tool to perform cross-browser, UI & Functional Testing.
2. Along with a good range of devices it also provides users an option to test on a particular version of OS for available devices which makes it very helpful to find version-specific bugs for cross-browser testing.
3. One of best feature I like the most is the change location feature: This feature makes geolocation testing much easier & helps to find our edge case bugs which are bound to happen in specific countries.
4. Additionally features like Dev tools make debugging much easier when we are working to debug something, especially on mobile devices.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes it's very slow: When we load a mobile device due to some issue it gets stuck at the booting screen & we need to refresh the page to get it working. (Please note: it happens only sometimes and it's not a frequent issue).
2. More Models of different brands of Android Devices need to be added - Currently there are limited models of Android devices available which leads to the limited scope of testing for Android devices.

1. Browserstack provides a wide range of real devices in an online mode which makes cross-browser testing much easier & reliable.
2. Having Mac Book we cannot test our products properly on the Internet Explorer browser. BrowserStack solves that problem by providing an environment where Mac users can easily test their sites on the IE browser.
3. It also makes GEO Location testing easier for us since we don't need to install additional VPN tools to test our product on different locations via VPN.
4. With the help of the dev tool feature on mobile we can easily inspect & debug webpage on mobile devices
