What do you dislike about the product?
Startups and small e-commerce firms may find the cost prohibitively high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering a fluid and bug free purchasing experience is critical for every e-commerce firm Browserstack offers comprehensive testing of website and apps across a wide range of devices browsers and operating systems eliminating the need for an in house device lab. the ensures that the platform works seamlessly for all users, regardless of device or location. geolocation testing enables businesses to personalize experience for different regions which is critical in global e-commerce industry.

Self healing feature helped us a lot when requirements were changing on the fly.
Amazing tool to increase QA productivity
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of integrations available across different known tools like confluence, jira, github which makes the overall ecosyatem kind of experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The different product seem to work dicreetly, for instance, while putting something to jira, if I need the developer logs , I need to refer to another tool, intra tool integration can be better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is solving the problem related to QA testing, the pain point a lot of QEs have while testing applications across different browsers and/or devices. I have just used it for beta testing purpose and plan on introducing to my team here at the organization but right now only in exploration phase of it.
Comprehensive Web and Mobile Testing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the breadth of features that BrowserStack offers and how it allows my team to easily test our applications across a variety of platforms. The comprehensive suite of tools offered by BrowserStack enable us to maintain our high bar of quality without needing to maintain a wide variety of actual physical hardware. Additionally the fact that BrowserStack supports industry standards for automation like Appium is great for ensuring that we're not locked into a vendor specific framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lack of access to beta mobile OS releases is the only issue I currently have. We're running into users that are right on the bleeding edge of mobile OS's and with the recently increased security, we're starting to test on the public beta mobile OS releases, but are having to do this on our own physical devices due to the lack of beta OS support on the BrowserStack devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to test our software on a wide variety of mobile devices (and to a lesser extent, test the web application on a variety of browsers) and BrowserStack enables us to do that without needing to invest a large amount of capital on devices that will quickly age into obsolence.

Here apart from testing on various devices we can now manage our test case in the same dashboard which makes very easier for testing team to test and manage the test case in the same place.
Earlier we use to do the test case management in Azure DevOps but believe me in Browserstack it is way more easier and productive that any other tool in the market

Generating test cases via AI still needs improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we use to write and manage our test case in Azure DevOps Test Plan feature.But there our tea was struggling with the management of test cases/plans. It was was more difficult to bulk import the Test Cases. Browerstack made it easier for our to manage and test the test cases in the same place.

Its very useful where the application needs multiple browser testing

Need more optimization to add features for API testing

Too many manual efforts involved in cross browser testing is resolved

App Live -covers a great variety of Phones models and OS version
-when new OS version & Device are launched the devices are available very quick.
App Automation - Give us option to use parallel threads so helps save lot of time .
- Gives us option to manage the licenses internally with less dependencies on others.
-Ease of intergation is easy for automation with SDK support for all major framework
Customer support is good able to share relevant links which can be used to understand feature .
Ease of implementaion becomes eaiser since lot of support links and information is available.
Frequency of use -used for every nightly builds or daily builds while doing integration testing .

1.In Reports -Test reports are not able to download or shared to stakeholders .
2.Sometimes due to proxies set on office system the automation scripts are not working fine.
3.Report customisation is difficult to do with option not that properly aligned .

Provides all the tools at one place so helps to do functional and non functional testing at one place . Helps to create reports as summary and also techincal one so relevant people can use it .
Since all mobile related cloud devices are available .It does not need physical devices to test . Provides complete ecosystem of Testing reporting at single place with all the integration option available.

Need an iPhone device to test an app. It helps me test the app without having to buy an iPhone device.

The ability to test on real devices is a big plus, and features like parallel testing save a ton of time, especially when working with tight deadlines.

Sometimes, the connection to devices can drop unexpectedly, which is frustrating when you're in the middle of testing. There’s also noticeable latency and slowness while navigating through the platform or performing tests, especially when running tests on older devices.
