As a new QA in a small startup, I do not have access to many real devices or browsers, however, BrowserStack provides real devices and browsers in the cloud for me to test multiple websites for UI layout issues, responsiveness, as well functionality on different devices, all with zero setup.
BrowserStack is saving time in finding bugs before they are an issue, like layout breaking, non-responsive buttons, and font inconsistencies. It is also a great place to validate designs and provide visual feedback with screenshots. Overall, it has improved the quality of my testing and made me feel more confident when reporting bugs, helping in increasing my presence in the organization.

BrowserStack’s AI-Driven Future: 20+ Agents Transforming Testing Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack impressed me with its forward-looking integration of 20+ AI agents into its feature set. During the session, I could clearly see how these agents evolve testing workflows beyond just automation—enabling intelligent debugging, faster root cause analysis, and even predictive test coverage. I really liked how BrowserStack positions itself not just as a cross-browser testing tool but as an AI-augmented platform that learns and adapts, helping teams release with more confidence and speed.
The scalability and cloud-first approach stood out as well. Being able to test across thousands of devices, browsers, and operating systems without the hassle of setup is already a huge benefit, but the AI enhancements—like smart failure grouping and actionable insights—push productivity to the next level.

What do you dislike about the product?
While BrowserStack’s roadmap is impressive, the AI features are still evolving. Some advanced insights and automation capabilities discussed in the session felt a bit early-stage and may require refinement before they become production-ready.
Another challenge is the pricing model. For startups or smaller teams, the cost of accessing advanced AI-powered features might be a barrier. If BrowserStack can introduce more flexible pricing tiers or trial access for the AI modules, it would make adoption much smoother.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the complexity of cross-browser and cross-device testing. Instead of maintaining an in-house lab of physical devices and browsers—which is expensive, time-consuming, and hard to scale—BrowserStack provides instant access to thousands of real environments in the cloud.
The integration of AI-driven agents adds even more value by reducing repetitive debugging tasks, grouping failures intelligently, and offering predictive insights into potential problem areas. This helps my team ship faster, with higher confidence, and fewer regressions.
Ultimately, BrowserStack allows us to focus more on building features and less on managing testing infrastructure, which translates into better product quality and faster release cycles.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some devices load slowly on weaker internet connections. Advanced device settings are limited, which restricts testing certain scenarios. Automated tests occasionally fail due to timing differences with remote devices, requiring reruns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps my team test websites and applications on a wide variety of devices and browsers without needing to set up and maintain physical devices or complex virtual environments locally. It solves the problem of device and browser fragmentation by giving immediate access to real devices and multiple OS/browser combinations. This reduces the time we spend reproducing bugs, ensures that our releases are consistent across platforms, and decreases post-release issues. Automated testing across browsers allows us to run multiple tests simultaneously, saving hours compared to manual testing. The ability to take screenshots and record sessions helps communicate issues clearly with developers, reducing misunderstandings and rework.
Awesome, Mind blowing
What do you like best about the product?
The way the progress has been made on AI front to leverage it for testing
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such , Costing is bit high though

Browser Stack Review
What do you like best about the product?
Browser Stack offers a robust Testing Infrastructure, Very handy, and supports multiple devices, which made my cross-browser tests way easier and significantly made my work easier and faster. Switching to multiple devices is easier and develops nearly the same results as a real device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the local testing feature a bit Unreliable for me as connectivity has been troublesome, which could be a case with my organisation's infrastructure too.
Furthermore, A Slight impact on the interface responsiveness can also be observed, but to me, that is not critical.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am primarily using it for daily cross-browser testing as a developer. It helps me to test all my components and their behavior across multiple devices and different settings. This capability proves to be enhancing my productivity, saving my time, and efficiently helping me cover the edge cases early.
Fantastic Mobile Testing Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find BrowserStack to be a great mobile testing tool, especially for testing on real devices in the cloud. It provides me with flexibility to test different platforms and versions of devices all under one roof. I really like how it supports both hybrid and native applications. It's pretty handy because it allows access to different platforms like web, iOS, and Android, and it lets me test on multiple devices simultaneously. Additionally, it's easy for any new user to get started with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to test the color code confirmation of prototypes by inspecting element. Users should be able to verify the color codes for the elements by inspecting the element, just like in web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find BrowserStack provides flexibility to test on various platforms and device versions in one place. It's great for mobile testing of hybrid and native apps, supporting web, iOS, and Android, while allowing simultaneous access to multiple devices.
Testing made easy, even for non tech users
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to switch between devices and browsers as needed. Because I don't have to set up testing settings myself, it saves me a ton of time. This gives clear ideas on what browsers and which console errors are actually creating the problem which the build is in UAT stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Test sessions can occasionally be a little slower than when they are run locally, particularly for more complicated builds. Additionally, some older browsers or less popular devices may not always be available, and the price may be a bit high for smaller teams. Even so, it's far more practical than doing everything ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack makes it simple to test across a variety of browsers, operating systems, and devices. It helps us ensure that our apps are usable by all users, reduces setup time, and enables us to release quicker and with full security support and reliability.

No More Switching Devices or Browsers—Testing Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is extremely easy to implement and use — no complicated setup is required, and the clean UI makes it simple to get started right away. I use it frequently since it’s always available online, and it saves me the trouble of switching between real devices and browsers.
The number of features is impressive, with access to many devices, OS versions, and browsers, all delivering a native OS experience. Integration is seamless, and I’ve even tested JavaScript redirections across environments without issues. This flexibility demonstrates the wide range of use cases that BrowserStack can cover.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t run into major problems, but a few things stand out. Test sessions can sometimes feel slower compared to real devices, which is expected with cloud-based platforms. While integrations are smooth, some advanced features may require a bit of time to explore fully. Pricing could also be a consideration for smaller teams, though the overall value makes it worthwhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps me test across different devices, browsers, and iOS versions without needing to physically switch between them. This saves a lot of time, effort, and cost, while ensuring that my projects work consistently across environments. It turned what used to be a manual, device-heavy process into something I can do quickly and reliably online.
