Test Observability is one of such feature, that collects and run down the metrices that I look for.

Esae of use,Capture screenshot,recording screen are one of the best features.

In future,it will be great if we ca link browser stack with Azure to create tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers an ease of use and offers flexibility to work with different browsers and it is compatible for different devices. It supports different environments where the websites can be tested.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there is no point that one should dislike BrowserStack but I feel that if temporary glitches will be resolved a bit faster, it would become more user friendly. Also, I personally find that the rate structure should be a bit affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is solving several problems -
1. Unlike other sites, it offers various testing environments where the testing can be performed easily and efficiently.
2. It allows testing with the help of any device, let it be phone, laptop or any other electronic gadget.
3. It saves time of the user as it also allows cloud based testing.
4. It offers speed and saves time as it allows multiple applications to be tested simultaneously.
5. It offers best debugging practices which is very reliable and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
It lets me easily check my website on all sorts of phones and web browsers. Setting up tests is super easy too, and I use it a lot now. If I ever get stuck while testing, their support team is amazing. And guess what? It's really simple to add it to my code too, which I think is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of using BrowserStack. Sure, it's worth it for all the cool stuff it does, but it's kinda expensive for just one person to pay for. It would be awesome if they had a cheaper option with fewer features for folks like us who are just trying to test our stuff.

With BrowserStack, I can easily test my mobile apps on various devices and operating systems. This helps me in ensuring compatibility and functionality across different platforms.
Also, BrowserStack's digital accessibility tools help me identify and address accessibility issues, ensuring that my apps are usable by people with disabilities. This also helps me gain broader audience.

BrowserStack is an very efficient software when it comes to testing. it is easy to use , beginner friendly , easy to integrate in your code . I have been using browserstack almost daily when i was working on developing a product

I like all the functionality of browserstack but the main thing that i faced issue with that if i have to start any personal project than it is little bit expensive

What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, there are bugs which can be found manually on a real device but from browser stack they aren't identifiable.
Since it is not open source so atleast the pricing structure can be made less complex.
SMS feature is limited to only few countries. It can be expanded.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before browser stack was implemented in our team, lot of efforts and time was wasted on testing, so with the usage of this software, time is immensely reduced .
Documentation provided by Browse stack, is easy to understand so that benefited us a lot initially, when we started using browser stack.
The automation tool which we were using, got very easily integrated with this software.
Also cross browser testing for web and mobile applications have become easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The APIs offered by BrowserStack are revolutionary for component testing. The ability to detect hard-to-find bugs across several devices especially different Android devices is a significant benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Addition of filters in different sessions can lead to further ease in testing. Also, I believe there is a need for revision of the pricing model. I feel it is on the higher side.

Identifying untraceable bugs across various devices is a big problem that BrowserStack is solving. Testing has become OS independent with the help of this platform which is a life saver.

I find the whole experience streamlined and very easy to use. The various features for testing are great and are also easy to integrate with many systems.

Nothing major to call out, just that it can still have drag drop options for frequently used things.

My major use case is using it for testing purposes itself. It helps me to test my websites and mobile applications across on-demand browsers, operating systems and real mobile devices.
