Setting it up such that our web application firewall does not block their requests might require additional work on our end.

What do you like best about the product?
I like BrowserStack because it offers a lot of functionality for QA testing. I can access multiple devices for my application to check all compatibility issues, which is really useful. I can select various mobile versions like iOS and Android, including different types of Android and iOS versions and phone devices. This allows me to run tests like version testing, UI testing, compatibility testing, and stress testing on different devices, which helps me proceed with my QA testing effectively. I also appreciate that the initial setup was very easy.

BrowserStack should be connected to a cloud or Copilot to help automate the testing process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack lets me access multiple devices to check compatibility issues, perform version, UI, compatibility, and stress tests, and run my application on various iOS and Android versions. It enhances my QA testing process smoothly.

Perfect Reliability with Real Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I like that BrowserStack uses real devices, so it doesn't use emulators. This makes the reliability 100%, it's real in short. Previously, we used emulators that weren't always accurate, especially for the interface and for the functioning of JavaScript. Moreover, BrowserStack made the initial setup easy, I would say it was trivial.

BrowserStack takes away the headache of juggling multiple devices and multiple browsers for testing. It means lesser time will be spent on setup and more confident that everything works smoothly for users.

We need more option on selfheling , for the load test we need native application rather then integration to 3rd party tool
