  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
it provide a wide range of iOS and android devices with various version, even the process of uploading the apks or app file is very smooth, even the UI of the device layout is classic and user friendly, it also help me to reduce the testing time as i map the browserstack api over the jenkin job which auto trigger the test part.
What do you dislike about the product?
we are using the share browser stack , so over the peak times when all are using it, it provide the slowness over the testing, even there is difficult to debug over the devices as the log ui is still to old not able to retrieve ios logs correct mode to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
like i mentioned above, over the Jenkin we had integrated the browser stack using the shell script, which trigger the test case over the env, that the best approach as it helped a lot to do some manual task like selecting the device and install app, that can be done now with api.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that BrowserStack has all the different devices and operating systems in one place, making it super convenient for testing. It supports browser debugging, which makes it really easy for us to understand the actual issues. I also like that we don't need to load the same website or web application on different devices, as everything is available at one User Interface. The initial setup was easy with our account director.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging is present but not perfect. Sometimes the whole UI becomes a little non-responsive and slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack helps us with multi-device testing and tracking new device variations. It's a one-stop shop for testing on different devices and OS, with integrated browser debugging that simplifies identifying issues.

Effortless Cross-Device Testing with Seamless Automation Integration

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BrowserStack is the ability to reliably test automation across a wide range of real browsers and real mobile devices without the overhead of maintaining local infrastructure. It allows me to quickly validate web and mobile applications in parallel across environments, which significantly speeds up feedback loops. The seamless integration with automation frameworks, stable cloud infrastructure, and accurate reproduction of real-world user conditions make it especially valuable for building and maintaining scalable test automation suites.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about BrowserStack is that test execution can occasionally be slower or inconsistent, especially during peak usage times, which can impact automation stability. Debugging failed tests can also be challenging at times due to limited visibility into device-level logs or transient environment issues. Additionally, managing sessions and optimizing parallel usage sometimes requires extra tuning to keep costs and execution time under control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the problem of maintaining and scaling cross-browser and cross-device test infrastructure. Instead of managing and constantly updating local machines, emulators, and physical devices, it provides instant access to a wide range of real browsers and real mobile devices. This benefits me by enabling faster automation feedback, more reliable validation of real user scenarios, and the ability to scale test coverage across platforms without additional operational overhead. As a result, I can focus more on improving test quality and automation strategy rather than infrastructure maintenance.
