Better tool than emulator/simulator
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack provides better debugging options when we manually test any app on its platform. It gives us detailed logs of each and every actions which improves debugging and issues logging.
At the same time we can launch two or more devices to check the functionality of our app parallely.

It provides option for recording session but the recording is not interactive as we can have interactive recording session on Jam

Browserstack is helping us to test our app's UI on various devices before launch any version. Also, it helps us to debug issues more proficiently and loggin issues as well.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is a good partner of your testing team. It offers easy options to test out mobile apps and webapps easily. Reduces time to go to production. Lesser user complaints. Overall it's a good product to have along with physical devices to test of out your apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it's a good product with no downside but integrations can be better for software testers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack saving a lot of time of my testing team which ultimately reducing time for each release. A win win for team as well as clients.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack helps me in simplifying the web testing. It lets me test my website on different browsers and devices without having to own them all. This saves my time and money, and ensures my site looks great and works well for everyone.

I feel it's a bit pricey as compared to other options.

Amazing tool for simulating ios and android devices
What do you like best about the product?
BrowerStack is an amazing tool which helps a non apple device holder to test ios builds. I myself create ios app and when i came to test i could'nt find any better service then BrowserStack. It has a verity of plans and its cheap for solo developers. Its very easy to use and have greate customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only bad thing is when you open a virtual device for example a iPad the text are very small and if you zoom the clearity does not increase.

Its helping me test my ios builds on various virtual devices provided by browserstack, its very simple to use and have very amazing functionality like debugging the apps.

The customer service is top tier, and the documentation (almost all of it), its up to date, kinda ease to use, can integrate with various lenguages

You have to pay for most things i think it would be great to offer some kind of lifetime freeplan

Availability of all devices to test and robustness. there are many tools from which user/QA can benefit from and make life easier
