What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful for me, and its eae of implementation make it more useful. The customer support feature is also very nicen, i am using it regularly whenever i face any issue. It is also easy to integrate the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont found any dislike about the website till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very helpful tool for collaborating and working with different collegues in testing.
A huge step in making testing environment easy
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about browser stack is that I can test my website on various devices and browsers very easily. The implementation of tests are also very easy. Frequency to use has also increased to a lot of extent. The customer support for any of the issues while testing is also very awesome. I can also integrate it easily into my code which is one of the best thing I liked about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing which I don't like is the pricing of the service, the price is justifiable for the services it provides but it is difficult for an individual to afford it. A cheaper version with some less services would be better for individuals who are trying to test their products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem which BrowserStack is solving is testing the product across different operating systems and platforms. It helps me as a software developer because I can't afford to buy these many platforms and Operating Systems by myself and test my product in it and integrating my code with different platforms is also very tough, but with the help of BrowserStack I can do all of this easily.
It has made the testing as easy as playing a game, no headaches, no pain.
What do you like best about the product?
Testing can be done a vast collection, which basically makes it easier to stay at one platform as everything is integrated in one software. Even the customer support is so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only con of using it is, its pricing, which can be an issue for an individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of money from acquiring and testing on physical devices, also it gives seamless reports which is very helpful in finding out the bugs and developers also gets help in solving the issue faster.It also enables faster testing by running tests on multiple devices.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use with browserstack is great being able to seamlessly test our new app build across iOS and Android
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit buggy with some build and when we want to test certain experiences its hard when we need to whitelist a hardware ID due to the fact its a new one each time we reload the build on a device

To be easily able to test our app without struggling to see the data that is sent behind the app
BrowserStack Testing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to use. As a beginner, I found this very easy to implement. I have been using this platform very frequently. The variety and the various number of features available really differentiates it and makes it the top platform to be used for testing. Also, this was quite easy to integrate and even freshers can do this task easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the customer support can be a bit more proactive. Other than that the app is very brilliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a single platform solution for all your problems , that is the biggest perk it has. I dont have to go to other different services to do all this stuff when I can do all of them in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I can instantly test our web apps in multiple browsers and different OS platforms!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the connections are slow maybe because of the old machine specs. Otherwise, everything works fine.

We can have multiple platforms in a lesser price than having multiple machine testing the same thing.

Accessible multiplatform testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to test in all the currently relevant platforms for all my projects. It eases the testing process by removing the device restriction and allowing me to test on a mac or an iPhone from my Windows computer. On top of that having easy access to android devices lets me have it all in a single service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found the limitant of not being able to test audio file upload. Which there have been scenarios where I need it not only for test cases, but also for replicating client reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem this tool solves is that to test your web app in multiple devices for consistency and quality you need those devices you want to test on. You need to invest on getting the devices and manage budget for the most relevant ones. That or taking the risk of the application not working properly in certain devices.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about BrowserStack is all of its tools especially the Low code automation.I frequency use this alot.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about BrowserStack is how the navigation is set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that BrowserStack is solving is what device I may deploy my app to will work or not.This is benefital to me becuase I can know ahead of time.
Easy cross-device testing
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack has enabled our organization to efficiently test changes to our websites across a range of browsers and devices. Prior to beginning our relationship with BrowserStack we would use a number of physical devices which often caused our IT team headache to maintain, and create extra expense when needing to replace. The ability to test across a range of devices and browsers has increased our testing turnaround time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike. BrowserStack gets it's core job done right.
