Just makes cross device testing and debugging easier and affordable
What do you like best about the product?
As a web developer, I frequently use browserstack for my tasks. My favourite thing about this platform is it just makes testing and debugging easier. Almost all the devices/browsers/OS are available here.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be revamped. Apart from that I am pretty happy with my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before browserstack our team had to purchase multiple devices for us to test on. We had to set up Browsers on them. And they need to he shared between multiple team members. Now all this dependencies are gone.

Using Percy provides a quick and maintainable tool to maintain stable client-side applications and prevent regression bugs

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack Grid system is one of the best among all its competitiors. All new devices and multi configuration options is the best thing which helps user to verify the products even before its launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack should support more number of parallel queues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us to test the application with end users perspective. On local testing, we can verify our app beofre even push to QA or prod environments. Support with android and ios is appreciating.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is a widely used platform so its easy to check for documentation or search for help on something when you're stuck. Even for the less popular or demanded themes like accessibility, so we waste less time checking issues or how to do things.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside for this tool would be like is not highly customizable so if you have a specific need that diverges from the standard it would be more difficult to adapt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use BrowserStack for some regression testing on the company's app and to check for the accessibility of each view. We compare it with the the set of rules defined by UX team to keep the score high.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple different devices based on multiple different platforms are available to test. A tester does not need to have the physical device to test . It is cost eeffective and reliable. We can use browserstack for test automation too.
What do you dislike about the product?
BrowserStack can become expensive quickly, especially if you want to test faster and if want to run parallel tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack eliminates the need for in-house testing set up filled with various devices and browsers, saving time and money as it is a cloud based service.
Great tool for QA
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to be able to validate a web page using two different devices at the same time. Also that I am able to make changes using inspect and the updates on real time.

There's some lag depending on the device you use

I would like to ability to have a bit more control over the testing environment. Sometimes we have run into constraints when trying to customize certain testing setups or debugging certain types of issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying and debugging issues that occur only on specific browsers or devices can be challenging without access to those environments. Before we started using Browerstack it was more difficult to test features on all device types and operating systems. Browserstack's virtual machine capability is great because it enables us to test features on different browsers and devices in real time. This enables us to more thoroughly test and identify issues more quickly in UAT and get them fixed.

Browserstack has always been my reliable source for testing applications on varied platforms for responsive testing. Still, I have been able to test apps on varied geolocation with its Change location feature.
Accesiblity Testing gives a details scan of the website and report is shared which has helped us improve it for the better.
Their services are easy-to-use for both developers and QA.
Customer support team is very proactive.

1. Not Cost efficient for small organizations

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responsive testing is one of the major benefits while using browserstack . I have performed Cross crowser and Compatiblity testing using BS which has been quite beneficial to ourApplications.
I can always rely on browserstack for my unit testing of my development

For device QA all devices are present at one place with different versions and not to forget its easy to use and understand also multiple users can use it at a time and has good customer support

For desktop versions or even for mobile when multiple tabs are open it stops abruptly.
While using location feature in old versions it keeps on showing blank page also it never comple loading of the page
