The best mobile testing automation tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack gives so many options, which is why it is a real god-send as it covers a wider range of scenarios. In my development work, I keep coming across new use-cases and tests and it is able to cover everything so well. It is also super easy to set up and having a browser based interface for local tests works so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Include more of the device telemetry in insights

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me automate the scenarios a user would be in when he/she uses the app in order to run validations, security checks, monitor network calls as well as have a visual record for more assistance in debugging.
Good Product For Across The Board Mobile App Testing
What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of devices available for testing across Android and iOS along with different versions. We can easily conduct testing from Android 8 onwards and even test on the latest beta version of Android. The user interface is clean and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are network issues at time while testing and perhaps it could be a little faster, maybe with a desktop application. Documentation should also be updated with video tutorials and some sort

Helping us test on different Android versions and different devices

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the ability to tunnel it to my desktop, this means I can test desktop applications as well as web. Fantastic feature which increase the limits of my testing
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of security information surrounding testing, how long files are kept,stored etc. I wouldn't feel safe uploading developmental company software for testing

Not having to buy so many physical devices, being able to jump from one device to the next quickly, being able to access devices from anywhere.

This is a great platform to test your app. There is no dependency on the physical device.

For a small company with small dev and QA teams it can be little expensive

It removes dependency of physical device. Using a windows platform I can run tests on iOS device

- Lacklustre input speed - interacting with interface elements is sometimes sluggish

As a developer targetting various platforms including legacy browsers, BrowserStack has become increasingly helpful as a way to reduce required testing time before deploying changes.

What do you like best about the product?
Browser stack make very easy for testers to test cross browsing & cross devices testing with varity of mobile options like iPhone, tablets, iMac & windows, also provide varity of browser options like edge, safari, Firefox & chrome.

Price of plan is little bit higher side & only 1 user is allow in that plan.

It's allow us to minimize bugs & minimize losses by finding bugs in advance by using cross browser & devices testing
Very speedy and robust featureset that is constantly evolving, supportive to all languages and tools

The variety of features and options supported, especially multi-language and multi-tool support!

The web UI/organization is a little disorganized and hard to get used to coming from another competitor, but I am learning!

Access to several popular devices and different OS versions quickly and easily for automation and manual testing

Being able to connect to TestFlight and Firebase to test new builds on multiple devices from the browser has enabled our small team to increase the speed of our testing without having to purchase additional devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what we use the tool for I can't say anything negative at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is allowing us to run tests for our new releases on multiple devices and operating systems without having to manage a fleet of different devices. It allows us to run tests remotely across all of our popular device types.

The app is very friendly to user. As a QA engineer this is a must have!

As a freelance, I recently tried out BrowserStack to see how well it works for cross-browser testing. While the tool is powerful and offers a wide range of features, the high price makes it difficult for freelancers like me to use it.

its not about dislike but there are requirements like reporting tests summar when all tests run currently only the failed one gets reported else i really liked the product overall

tests in different devices is possible and it saves time to check app in different devices and verify functionalities in each one of them
