BrowserStack makes dev so much simpler
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to rapidly swap devices/resolutions/operating systems and browsers makes it so that you can quickly identify any problem breakpoints within your design and work on fixes.
We use it daily to identify any issues reported inhouse or by customers and also during our development process so that we can replicate issues and find fixes easily.
The few times I've had issues I've contacted customer support and they've been very apt on replying and giving me a resolution in a timely manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes load times can take a little while but it's never too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We try to service as many device types as possible while maining a good level of accessibility. BrowserStack makes this possible with it's seamless testing on multiple devices.
Easy to use all browsers anywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack has huge numbers of devices and OS with huge varities of Browsers on your finger tip. It is so easy to open different browsers which makes it very easy to test any of my webapp and sites. Their customer support is like bullet train as they have responded me in just few minutes. I use BrowserStack so frequently, I have forgotten all other testing platforms. At last, I would say it's a great software for anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is just one issue that i faced, which was it take a bit long on launching very old OS and browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack has solved my biggest problem of debugging my sites and apps on almost all browsers and many OS. This makes my testing process very easy and fast, which results in great experience for my customers.

actually browserstack meets all my needs so i don't dislike nothing about it

BrowserStack solves th problem to connect an iPhone to windows PC, in this way I can test both Android and iOS app using just one Operative System.

Best responsive tool testing ever
What do you like best about the product?
Its the most cleanest implementation of live testing, and its so to-the-point and nails easy responsive testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
i didnt see any issues and it works exceptionally well

BrowserStack is an whole package for app and web testing
What do you like best about the product?
App automate section is good for mobile automation. Great customer support. Intregrate Appium scetion is very helpful for finding locators of mobile apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices are a bit edgy but the services provided makes up for it.

Everything in one place. Web testing, app testing, manual automation.

It is easy to setup for mobile and web, also very user friendly and the API is great.

It seemed a little confusing at the beginning with all the different type of plans / tools because all of them are named similar

I do not have to use emulators anymore so I can use the cloud ones

A great variety of devices (desktops, tablets, mobiles), vendors (e.g. Apple, Google, Samsung) and browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) as well as access to the browser code inspection, development and debugging tools allows a web developer to get their website or web app working beautifully for the vast majority of users.

Not cheap for freelancers or small businesses.
