What do you like best about the product?
I've been using BrowserStack for a while now, and I've got to say, it's a game changer. The range of browsers and devices you can test on is just mind-blowing. It's super easy to use too - you can jump right into testing without any hassle. What I really love is the fact that is saves us a ton of time and headaches. If you're into web or app development, you definitely want to check this out.

Surprisingly, in my point of view, there are no downsides :) Keep it going guys!

Cross-Platform compatibility, time efficiency and real device testing.

earlier i used to struggle with core issues at the backend side and networking related stuff to test the local site among different devices

it is best website and there is nothing to dislike

the support they are simply amazing, i had a problem with something, and they even chat with me by video to understand the problem and they fix it like right away, sincerly best company ever and i recommend to everybody that need stress test apps or mobile application.

the price a bit pricy but still worth the money

A good tool for testing your web site
What do you like best about the product?
That I can use any mobile device to test fetures in my web site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time to login into a device, it take such time and the logout time is too short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have all kind of mobile phone. So when a client report a bug I can test it in Browserstack and give to my developers the bug step by step.
Easy platform for browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
There is a large selection of different devices and browsers to choose from. It helps a lot with testing especially on iOS platforms if you have no iOS devices available, and the different OS versions help reproduce bugs that only occur on certain OS versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser devtools only work in Chrome, not Firefox and Safari; Firefox on Android 14 is currently not available. The device selections could perhaps be a bit better by allowing to sort by OS version.

BrowserStack helps to try websites on different devices with different browser engines without the need to own all these different devices and keep them at various OS versions.

- Nothing much I can complain here about BrowserStack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using automation testing heavily. Before using BrowserStack, we were planning to buy some testing devices, but found that buying all the possible devices, mangaging, sharing them is a lot more expensive and effort consuming way. Hence we selected BrowserStack. The seemless integration in CI pipelines has enabled us to adopt DevOps culture well.

What do you like best about the product?
The avaibility of real devices, like iPads and iPhones plus the Z Fold 5! ( thats a expensive phone dude ) and the OSses that are avaible like macOS, Windows and Android
What do you dislike about the product?
The trial tier is way too short o' time, only 1 minute per session! Try putting 3 or 5 minutes for a better experience

The OSses that are avaible and that there are real devices which helps me with compatibility in some applications! :)
Great set of tools for every developer

I love that the platform is always ready for you to test your sites and apps, with no problems of any kind and a wide range of options, browsers and devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a single thing to dislike about BrowserStack, the planned maintenance windows are notified well ahead of time. Documentation is good and help is available at any time.

The many available devices help us understand better how our site is displayed to the users.
