away from legacy test management tools
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack’s Test Cases Management tool has been designed and built to ease complex testing processes and enhance team productivity through both automated and manual testing. With an AI-assisted test case generation, it enables the creation of adequate tests based on current cases and Jira stories. The system works in sync with Jira allowing teams to create or update test cases and run them out of either tool thus enhancing collaboration. With Interactive reporting and analytics, teams are able to gain analytics in real-time and test case import options allow teams to shift and consolidate their work in a quick manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
it could be more intuitive. there are some terms in test management tool which can be standardised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
maintaining a list of executions, test cases, their details etc.
Kitchen sink of App Testing at a cost to stability

* Config to setup Automate/App Automation is easy to integrate into our code base

What do you dislike about the product?
* Documentation is very fragmented, there's some contradictions and also difficult to find the right information
* Things don't always work on Browserstack when dealing with work VPNs and restrictions, it can work locally using a Sim build perfectly fine, but via Browserstack it can fail on the first hurdle
* Lots of timeouts, loading speeds can be slow etc, we'd prefer stability over loads of features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of easily automating app testing via a pipeline and having videos and logging to view the test runs. It also have reporting and everything you need to determine stability of a test run.
Good for cross-browser testing, but a bit limited
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of set up, it's really straight forward - BrowserStack has a lot of different devices to choose from (I believe even more than its main competitors) and the debugging options are mint
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the fact that it can be extremely laggy at times, especially on iPhones. Sometimes live testing just refuses to start, or randomly crashes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company was looking for a tool to test websites on multiple resolutions and browser versions without the hassle of setting up physical devices, and BrowserStack offered a comprehensive solution to test our site on different setups
Browserstack is good but slow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows me to test different devices and build more responsive websites
What do you dislike about the product?
The devices inside are slow, so it can get tedious to test things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using different devices to test our website/apps, it can get expensive to buy lots of different devices to test on.
Great tool for testing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and have been able to easyily train up my team to introduce more testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not keen on accessibility being locked behid a paywall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving our ability to do cross brower testing for the whole team and understand the issues that can arise
QA Manual Review for Low Code Browserstack
What do you like best about the product?
Low Code Browserstack is user friendly most specially to new users of Automation tool, easy to navigate, and UI is cool too. I reviewed other Low Code Automation tool like Katalon but for a user that have little to no experience with coding and new to automation its too overwhelming for me. That is the reason why I have to continue using the Low Code Browserstack. To mention as well the team behind Low Code Automation is very helpful and ensures that user will have smooth experience using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I used the Low Code Browserstack during beta version there were some issues here and there and also has few or missing features. Since some features are not available yet hopefully in the future there will be very little coding needed to automate a scenario. However Browserstack Low Code have a great support team who answers queries, review the issues and fix it right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low Code Browserstack saves us a lot of testing time and resources. When we have late deployment all I have to do is schedule the builds and review results in the morning. We do not need to do repetitive testing because the tool is doing it for us while we can focus on other tasks that we have. I am looking forward to the next features to be released and new features I will learn.
Easy to get going and setup with your CI with a heavy UI thats is difficult to navigate at times
What do you like best about the product?
Straight forward to integrate
Has good template and get going code compared to competetives (I tried them out and could not get them to work in Gitlab Actions)
Good customer support that is friendly and helpful
Simple integration with Slack

What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to navigate through the UI, feels very clutterly and hard to know what is where and what tool does what and how they are different.
Took us a while to figure out where to go and what to use to be able to run native apps. Thought it where an option for simulator and emulators, nope. Only real devices (Pro and cons with that as well)
There is no way in the UI to see what builds you have uploaded into BS. You need to do a Curl command
Which there was more options how to integrate with slack on when and how to send messages and to different slack channels. We have one for iOS and one for Android, since they are two different teams.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using BrowserStack to run our regression and smoke test for our native mobile app.
Spent 2 days trying just to run the tests inside Github actions which all failed and tried integrating sauce labs and some other tools, it was not straight forward. BrowserStack made it very easy to integrate it with our CI.

Best on the market, but still lacks important features
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; browser-based, integration with dev tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest problem I'm trying to solve right now is an issue with Android Chrome 102. Even the oldest devices listed, however, appear to be fully up to date, with no way to select a different browser version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Frankly, it's not! I really need to test an old Android Chrome version and my first thought was BrowserStack. Turns out, you can only test older versions on desktop.
