It greatly benefits organizations with large teams, enabling everyone to utilize BrowserStack without relying solely on physical devices for testing.
Awesome testing tool for my multiple device testing
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that there are multiple real devices to choose from and and I love that I can video record my use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that many times it is very slow to load the devices and my clicks are very slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have to purchase mobile devices because BrowserStack has a very large amount of real devices that I can tap into.

Not as easy as it should be to run local code of a website into the device, iOS devices are more restricted.

It would be nice to have a password keeper so I dont have to type all my passwords in all the time.

The ability to test amongst different browsers on different OS.
Automation Testing with no code
What do you like best about the product?
I am in love with its low code automation testing feature. As a Automation tester I can now write automation script without any technical knowledge so overcome my manual testing job. Also, Devs and PMs can write script without any automation knowledge to test any app or website. Apart from low code automation I use its App Automate feature also to run my app automation scripts which generate very beautiful and detailed reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack should also focus on api testing as well. For web and app automation/testing browserstack is working perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is simplifying our job by providing us a no code automation testing solution. We are also running our test scripts on many devices from a single platform which help us to cover each and ever device.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how BrowserStack simplifies device testing with its wide range of virtual devices. It's so helpful to have access to various browsers and operating systems for testing our web applications and the free trial is fantastic for trying out its features before committing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the pricing plans were a bit more budget-friendly, especially for small scale projects. Also, there are occasional responsiveness issues with the devices, but they're not a deal-breaker

BrowserStack helps solve the headache of dealing with different types of devices, browsers, and operating systems by offering a bunch of virtual devices accessible from the cloud. This saves us time and money. It's like having a whole lab of devices at our fingertips without the hassle of maintaining them physically.

What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that could be improved with BrowserStack’s real device cloud is the pricing. While the service offers great convenience and a wide range of devices, some users might find the cost to be on the higher side. But there is Free Trial :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a r a non-technical enthusiast, I can now test your app on any device without breaking a sweat. Second, not everyone has a collection of smartphones lying around. I was struggling to find a Pixel phone to test and browserstack had it as my client use this brand.

Great testing experience, nice simulator, a bit slow but powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward to use. The best part was automating the tests, I was able to integrate it with Playwright. Although, I utilized the simulators most for freelancing projects. The platform gave a good utility for testing on Safari to understand how the application would behave for them.
The customer support was also awesome, I was connected to a real person within 2 minutes and my issue was resolved within 5 minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
While running any simulator, the scroll function for scrolling any websites lags a bit, which sometimes becomes irritating, also there were crashes on opening multiple instances of the simulator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have Apple products but still, I was able to understand the behavior of my web app on the Mac devices.
Also, rather than just providing the dimensions it also major browser support, which helped me understand the exception for some browser.
