Best approach for testing mobile apps on a multitude of devices
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack makes it easy to test on a multitude of different devices, which it would be impossible to aquire ourself.
This makes it very easy to test on a specific device, where a user of our app has experienced problems. It would be very costly if we had to buy these devices ourselves.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not all devices come in a version with the newest os.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowsetStack makes it easy for us to test our mobile apps on different devices, which would be very near imposssible and very costly if we were to buy all these devices. Also, it makes it possible for us to perform automated testing on these same devices.

Pricing can be steep for smaller projects, making me yearn for a pay-as-you-go option.

Local testing often misses quirks in different browsers and devices. BrowserStack lets you catch issues before users do, resulting in a more stable and polished product.

It's not buggy. Site and page renderings are consistent, accurate, and fully functional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmm, not sure there's anything. It's useful and manageable.

It confirms the functionality and rendering of the sites.

What do you like best about the product?
There are plenty of devices to choose from. And the newly added accessibility check is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like a little lagging by using the devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is able to test on different type of devices with BrowserStack as we don't need to keep updating the physical devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack provides real devices for testing instead of emulators which others do. Latency is very less and devices are smooth it feels like i am using a real device. Biometric, sim card with numbers and an ocean of devices are some of the best things. i suggest every organization to prefer browserstack they are leader in market share and also leader in providing effecient devices. customer support is also a best thing they help you on chat with relevant information. for automation they integrate well with any framework

i dont find any dislike. i have used all the competitors of browserstack and i feel they are above all of them

It solves the problem of buying real devices and test on it. now we can just go to browserstack and perform all task which we normally do on real devices

What do you like best about the product?
Some visitors reported having issues browsing my website on Safari. As I'm a Windows user I could not verify this. A friend recommended Browserstack and it was honestly a life saver. Was able to identify and solve all issues.

Nothing so far, I will definitely be using to test my client's websites.

Cross browser testing is the most useful, I could identify many issues directly and fix on the spot!

Ability to use it locally on any machine to bypass VPN configs is a plus no doubt

Some old phone models do not work and should be removed from its menu/ list of mobile phones

BrowserStack platform helps to test and run apps or websites across multiple platforms. Moreover, I'm not limited to only one country as almost all countries are covered in it. It's easy to use and nothing is difficult to navigate.

Sometimes, I feel the speed of the device is slow, maybe it's the fault from my end but it is.

Easy to start testing application, Took less time to learn using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Testing for applications using puppeteer can be improved by having the option of running in containerized environment or ec2 instance due to differences in response from the application.

Helping us to test puppeteer implementation working in actual browser will work for different browser also.
