Overall a really good experience, quite flexible and fast.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of BrowserStack is we can perform complete testing without installing any virtual machine . It supports both manual and automation testing and we can test all the major browsers from a single control point. It really saves time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not open source. Also response time is not as good as a locally installed VM. Rest everything is really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me verify how my application behaves in various environments without compromising with simulators.
Since it provides access to real devices for testing, it gives really accurate results and help me identify compatibility issues and let me know whether my app works seamlessly across diffrent platforms.

Performance Issues: Occasionally, I've experienced some performance issues while running tests on BrowserStack, particularly during peak usage times. This can lead to delays in test execution or occasional lags in the user interface

One of the easiest way to mobile test and crossbrowser testing. Helps in debugging, and the quality pf project is also good. And tha User experience is Best too in the industry.

It offers user to give efficient and bug free code. It has outstanding debugging tools that debugs the code very quickly and easily. It also allows testers to test application on several browsers. It allows testers to access this from any device like mobile, tablets, laptops, etc. It allows extensive testing of applications accross several environments. The environments which it provides are one of the best environments which is in demand these days.

I dislike about BrowserStack is that sometimes there are glitches in the website. Although it gets solved quickly by the team of its developers but still it creates an issue between testing of applications.

BrowserStack helps in debugging efficiently. It does the testing very smoothly. It provides best quality projects which are for web. It gives good user experience. It's interface is very easy to use and easy to understand for anyone. It provides wonders to the developers as it allows them to test the application and in result get high quality code which is free from bugs. Also it's pricing structure is very affordable. Every developer can afford it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the BrowserStack's user friendly interface. It offers an ease of use to the user. I personally feel that its feature of cross browser compatibility which allows us to test several applications at the same time. Also apart from this it's debugging tools offers efficient debugging of the applications. It saves time of the user by testing applications fast. Also, it offers flexibility to the user to access it from any device let it be laptop, tablet, phone, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about BrowserStack is it prices. Some of the prices are too high that it is very difficult to afford for a middle class user and low cost companies.

I perform software testing using BrowserStack and it allows me to test the multiple applications at the same time which saves time and efforts of the user.
Its interface is very easy to use and rarely there is an issue in the site. Even if the issue persists, the team lf BrowserStack solve it very quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Configuring Executions on the Browser Stacks was so easy , I could easly switch between desktop browsers and Mobile Browsers with ease. All Latest devices was available which helped me easily and early identification of my application issues on these devices. The Recording feature was Superb. I could run my tests in Parallel

As of now Nothing As Such which i can dislike . I never had a moment of dislike while i was using this in my project
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser Stack is so easy to integrate that its better to use it than to invest creating our own cloud Infrastructre for testing. The Number of browsers with different version on different platform, different mobile devices , tablets , Andriod versions , apple version and using them with so ease by just passing few configuration is excellent. Percy is awesome for Visual comparision. The video recording , Status email , integration with CI CD pipeline. Excellent documentation and ease of getting support was superb. Browser Stack is awesome .

Browserstack is really helpful and easy to use application.It has a number of features and I've personally used it frequently beacuse of its ease of implementation.

The application does not have enough coverage and does not cover all the edge cases properly.

It helps in improving the speed of testing process and is beneficial in saving a lot of bandwidth as a developer.
Web Automation testing for any browser
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature of Browserstack is that we dont need to change our script for running test cases in different browsers. We just have to pass the browsername and version and rest Browserstack can take of.
It supports almost all browsers. It even supports latest releases browser versions as well.
After execution of test suite we can see a very detailed reports with logs in the same dashboard. It also provides recording of the test cases.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are using Browserstack for all our UI automation testing whether it is android app, ios app or browser. But it doesnt have option for api and load testing so that we can see all reports in one place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We using browserstack to get the analysis of our all test runs (App, Web) in single place which clearly indicates our product stability and help us to decides the production roll out dates. Also, Browserstack allows us to test our App and Websites in any nummber of devices or browsers. As it supports latest versions of devices also this helps our product to be more future ready.

I have been using BrowserStack almost daily and i never had any complaint as its customer support is great. It was so easy to use , easily implemented because of its great documentation

The one thing that I faced issue with is, while using BrowserStack it required a high bandwidth for smooth experience

I was facing a problem in one of my product that i developed . The product was behaving abruptly in some devices causing a lot of downtime. BrowserStack helped me testing the product on thousands of devices at once by which the product becomes quite efficient
