All in One Testing
What do you like best about the product?
I live that I am able to use live devices over an emulator, and that I have many choices. This gives me the ability to choose mini phones that sometimes have difficulties with font and screen size formatting, as well as multiple expensive up-to-date phones that my company can't afford to provide. As QA, it is helpful to have so many options to test on that are live devices in my area.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little confusing to use at first because it does so much. I was using a different public cloud, and I knew how to manually install apps onto their phones, but I haven't figure out how to do that with BrowserStack yet. Still, I've only been using it for about a month and a half.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of use, automation feature , security aspect, customer support for quick guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
audio streaming is not supported. Video conferencing needs to be real-time instead of layered.

BrowserStack is a requirement if you building public-facing apps/webapps
What do you like best about the product?
Nearly all the mobile devices are real devices and you can be sure that you can replicate every aspect of you program with ease. I use it really often, and it is very easy to implement and integrate. There are more features available than i will probably ever use. And fortunately i havent had to deal with customer support for now so i don't have anything to say about cs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anythign that i dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing across multiple platforms and generations and making sure our application is not throwing errors in specific conditions

What do you like best about the product?
Selecting a browser or device is a seamless and user-friendly experience with Browserstack.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using both Live and App Live features, there is a slight delay in opening the selected browser or device, which could be further improved for a smoother experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack makes my web development life so much easier. It simplifies cross-browser testing, speeds up test automation, and ensures my websites work seamlessly on all kinds of devices and browsers. It's like having a development sidekick that makes things smoother and faster.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is the best tool that offers real devices with numerous options covered, such as different environments for the same device, local testing or imitating localization to test different geolocation scenarios. BrowserStack has also integration with Percy, which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't write any hosts which is helpful in local testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack allows testing different behaviours on different devices, which helps to find edge cases. It's often used when the UAT phase is almost finished and there are reports from various users who use different devices and browsers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using BrowserStack for its awesome feature of eliminating clutter by handling multiple devices for testing. The platform's ability to support Accessibility Testing is great, and I find the Low code automation to be a brilliant feature. The multidevice testing with sync is just mind-blowing as it lets me perform tests across multiple devices with the effort of testing just one. The guide line for setup is awesome, and it makes the initial setup super easy. I especially appreciate the BrowserStack support team—they're just one email away with mostly instant resolution SLAs. The Percy tool is also a favorite feature of mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the sessions have a low idle timeout, and if that can be increased, it would be great. Also, nowadays all smartwatches support apps, so adding that section for live testing would be a great add-on feature.

BrowserStack prevents the clutter of multiple test devices. Accessibility Testing makes us compliant, Low code automation simplifies repeated tests, and sync feature allows efficient multi-device testing.

It allows to test both web portals as well as mobile apps. The UI is very simple to understand and operate. The best part is it automatically creates a video for every test executed.

As of now I have not faced any issues. But I believe you should provide a comprehensive guide to use the portal.

BrowserStack consists of a wide variety of browsers , OS and mobile devices to test the software. We can run them anytime and anywhere.

It smoothen the automation, has the session recorded. Great amount of devices available to test.

So far I haven't come up with any downsides. I am enjoying the tool.

Recoreded sessions are helping a lot to figure out the issues where it failed.
Invaluable tool in our web design toolkit
What do you like best about the product?
There's only so far we can test on our desktops and emulating different screen sizes, but BrowserStack alllows us to test on real mobile devices and spot specific browser issues. It's been a real help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too many choices of device, but that's not a bad thing!!

In JotUrl we leverage BrowserStack for multiple tests we run periodically (mobile apps, deep linking technologies, mobile UX, etc.).
BrowserStack provides our Engineers with an Easy and Reliable way to run tests for a huge set of Mobile Environments and Devices.
It is surprisingly accurate (we always replicate tests also on a set of multiple physical devices) and their Team keeps the technology updated at a top notch level. We can only recommend the platform.
