What do you like best about the product?
Before Browserstack we used to integrate our automated cases with Report Portal for reporting of test cases. Through this process, we always have to check Report Portal and it has limited feature for this. After integrating Browserstack in our org, now we are using its own Test Obervability feature. Apart from UI test here we can use our JUnit reports via APIs
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up some tools with BrowserStack is a bit hectic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack in our org is used for testing or manual and automated cases. And nowadays we are also using it for reporting of test cases and analysing the performance of our product.
Browserstack is best
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Browserstack for more than 5 years for automation testing and manual testing as well. Browserstack has very user rich features. whether it is its App Automate or App Live.
Best part of Browerstack is that it does not require any third party tool whether you are running your automated test cases or manual test cases from Test Management.
Also, when it comes to the device selection we can use number of device and we can run tests parallel as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
We can do almost every thing with Browserstack in UI testing. But it does not have support of API testing; Automation or Manual. It should include some feature for testing of APIs as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currenlty, we are using Browserstack for to run our Manual and Automation cases. We are also using its Test Management tool for managing our cases and test execution. It gets very easy to have all tools under one dashboard.
All in one testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack's bug capture tool is amazing. we can use it as a browser extension and use it to record the tab with all the dev tools insights or whole screen.
There are many cases when we are not able to reproduce an intermittent issue. For that we can replay our actions in the browser itself to get the recording and debug better.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a dev POV browserstack has all that a Dev and QA need for bug tracking and debugging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our org we are using its Bug Capture in development team and other verticals in QA teams. Bug capture is very smooth, reliable and easy to use solution for capturing screen, taking screenshot etc. It generates links of each and every recording which we can share our company wide.
Amazing Product
What do you like best about the product?
I love how many devices I can use to test without having to pay for them myselfs or keep them up to date. All I have to do is login to my account and test my websites in various browsers. It gets even better when I test a mobile app using their simple to use API on various iOS or Android devices and I get console logs that I can easily action on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browserstack like various products that allow you to use various devices and browse remotely there is some lag but this lag is much smaller than various other products I have used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I had in the past is managing all of the devices and making sure that they are up to date so me or any other team member can use when needed.

An essential tool for QA professionals
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is a must-have tool for QA teams trying to validate both apps and websites across multiple resolutions, form factors, OS versions, regions & languages, and running Appium automation. I have compared BrowserStack against other sites that offer comparable functionality, but none have the performance, flexibility, and selection of devices. Every team and organization I have been associated with has agreed with my conclusion and I have been a long time satisfied customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better integration with files and media (only Chrome browser is supported for image injection). I would also like more access to system internals such as settings and permissions to install extensions. I'd also very much like the ability to rename my apps in the app list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote-only organization without access to a hardware lab and this is the only way our QA resources are able to validate our apps and websites across multiple devices and environments.
Effortless cross-browser testing, seamless results.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of BrowserStack is its ability to instantly provide real-device testing, making it feel like I have a global device lab at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is high and ui seems tough as compared to other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With browserstack i can test on multiple platforms i.e web , android and ios across wide range of devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack support many version of browser and all popular browsers for automating web tests.
We can configure our test to run on specific version of browser very easily in the test.conf.js file
Integration of our existing code to the Browserstack was very easy as it has pre defined code and file to include in our code and we are ready to go.

What do you dislike about the product?
While they support parallel testing but what I experienced was not that seamless. Else everything in the web automation was very smooth and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrated Browserstack in our existing Web UI automation script. So, now our script can run any time by setting up the CI/CD pipeline with the help of Browserstack. Everyday the run of this script gives us confidence about our product.
Reduces the risk of post-deployment bugs
What do you like best about the product?
I can test my website on the actual devices used by real people worldwide, often the same browsers and devices as the majority of my audience is using. This in turn makes it easier to provide a good experience to all users no matter where they are or what device they are using.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not always sufficient for local testing purposes, sometimes I want to test for certain regional settings or network conditions. BrowserStack doesn’t provide a feature for this through their platform to simulate those localized environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been useful for my testing needs at BrowserStack. I am able to release updates to the site without worrying that something will go wrong with the website on different browsers, gadgets, and even in different locations.
Ensures comprehensive cross-browser compatibility testing
What do you like best about the product?
I personally find it useful for cross browser testing. When using BrowserStack, I get to use a large list of real browsers and devices on a single site, without any complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain settings for the devices for which I haven’t been able to get the fine level of control that I want. This sometimes becomes a challenge especially when conducting thorough testing that demands close control of the environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a complete makeover of my testing environment through BrowserStack. It has helped in cutting time and effort as well as cost in testing on numerous browsers and devices in the market.
