Streamlines Security Testing with Ease

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how BrowserStack allows me to have two devices in one window, which means I don't have to shut down one device to boot another. This is especially helpful for testing applications using both Android and iOS environments together. The ability to re-route traffic from virtualized instances to my local network is great because the traffic generated through apps can be routed to a proxy. This helps in intercepting traffic and understanding what goes through the network. I also appreciate the API access. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, just 3-clicks away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having rooted devices in the environment would definitely help me stick around with BrowserStack. Having access to devices for dynamic instrumentation and reading data within memory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves virtualization and logistics challenges, allowing testing on Android and iOS simultaneously without rebooting. It enables routing app traffic to proxies for traffic interception, enhancing my understanding of network activities.

BrowserStack Makes Device/OS Bug Reproduction Easy

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use BrowserStack in a bug-fixing manner. The sheer number of devices out there makes it impossible to cover all of them. That BrowserStack allows me to match the device and OS for a raised issue makes troubleshooting easier to recreate the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was easier to visit the same page when I am testing across multiple browsers. I am sure this might just be how I use BrowserStack but I am having to paste the URL into the browser each time and it's a slight pain when added up over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Troubleshooting bugs. The number of available devices means that I can recreate specific browser conditions that bugs are raised in.

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It enables fast, parallel testing for improved QA efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high, session timeouts during peak hours, and occasional connection instability in the Local environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack provides fast and cloud-based access to a large number of devices and browser types. We use BrowserStack to ensure our app is working fine on both web and mobile across various environments.

Effortless Cross-Browser Testing Solution

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how BrowserStack allows me to test our websites across different browsers and operating systems without needing a physical test lab. It's all in a simple window, making it practical and efficient. The best thing is the simplicity; with one click, I can switch between browsers, operating systems, versions, and devices. It really doesn't get any easier than that. Setting up BrowserStack was super easy, just sign up and start testing. Switching from a physical device testing lab to BrowserStack was a great decision for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to test uploading files, which I can't do as it can't access my local file system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack lets me test websites across browsers, OS, and devices without a physical lab, all in one click. It simplifies the complexity of web development testing and eliminates hardware needs.

Revolutionized Our Cross-Browser Testing

  • March 23, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the breadth combined with the convenience of BrowserStack. It offers hundreds of real browsers and devices and provides a fast and reliable remote session. I also appreciate how it integrates seamlessly with our existing tools like Jira, Slack, Github, and our test framework, removing all the friction usually associated with cross-browser testing so the team actually does it consistently. Parallel testing is a big benefit, allowing us to run tests simultaneously across multiple browsers, dramatically cutting down our test suite time compared to sequential runs. I also enjoy that the setup was smooth and straightforward, allowing us to start manual testing almost immediately, and it just took a few hours to integrate with our CI pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Test flakiness can be hard to distinguish from infrastructure issues, sometimes it's unclear whether a failure is a real bug, a network hiccup, or something on BrowserStack's end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack eliminates the need for a device lab, catches cross-browser bugs early, and integrates with our tools like Jira and Slack. It offers parallel testing, reducing test time. No switching needed, setup was smooth and quick.
