Video Playback Makes Test Debugging Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
What I found most helpful is the ability to watch video playback of automated test executions. This feature makes it easy to pinpoint exactly what went wrong and where in the app the issue occurred.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the new dashboard somewhat confusing.

What do you like best about the product?
It is capable of handling compatibility testing and cross-browser testing effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Browser Stack; I am very satisfied with its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very straightforward to identify where the app breaks down by reviewing the logs. Documenting observations is simple, and it's easy to report bugs using recordings and screenshots.

BrowserStack is a cloud platform that is easy to access and allows you to get the latest device OS versions on demand. It also enables you to perform beta testing efficiently.

A separate license is required for each product, and with the basic license, we are limited to up to 5 threads running in parallel.

Scalable and Innovative, But Auth Testing Can Be Frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
Scalability and innovation. Availability to all the required devices and browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we face challenges running some auth based tests in browserstack devices which is frustrating. Currently we are having one such challenge in one of our projects where sometimes auth0 is not returning response when trying to login from browser stack device whereas this issue is not happening in real device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can run my tests of any device and can do it using schedulers. So my device coverage is increased and test schedulers are run without need of keeping any in house devices up all the time.

What do you like best about the product?
The step by step explanation by leader. Easy to understand the product.

For freshers in testing field and who are deep into manual testing, for them its a bit tough to understand the tool and use of it at the initial stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not yet used the BrowserStack tool for my test purpose. But getting a good reply with soution of all my doubts.
Exceptional Cross-Browser Testing with Flawless User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best products in the market for cross-browser testing for web and mobile. Being a designer, I personally have tested many of our designs in production via this platform, as well as quality assurance engineers from our teams. Great user experience, highly recommend.

Nothing at all, it's always been a pleasant and smooth experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real device testing at its best. Often, we are unable to get hold of a device physically; being able to use it virtually and test on it is a real boon.

I like the ability to be testing multiple devices at once.

Sometimes performance can be a bit slow. however, it has improved in the past few years.

It is helpful being able to see how a website performs on the plethora of devices that people use, as well as their operating system version.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about BrowserStack is how easy it makes cross-browser and cross-device testing without the need to maintain a physical device lab. At Kudzu, we use it daily for both manual and automation testing. It’s extremely easy to use, and the interface is clean and intuitive. The integration with automation tools like Selenium and CI/CD pipelines (like Jenkins or GitHub Actions) is smooth and reliable. I also appreciate the wide range of real devices and browser combinations available, which helps us ensure high-quality releases across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
While BrowserStack is a great tool overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, real device sessions take a bit longer to connect, especially during peak hours. Some features, like advanced debugging tools or logs, could be more detailed — particularly when running automation tests. Also, pricing can be a bit high for smaller teams or startups, especially if you need access to multiple users or parallel sessions. But these are relatively minor issues compared to the value it provides overall.

BrowserStack solves the challenge of testing websites and apps across countless device and browser combinations without needing to maintain a physical device lab. This is especially helpful for us at Kudzu because it saves time and resources while ensuring our products work well for all users. Instead of juggling multiple devices or environments, we can quickly access real devices and browsers on the cloud. This speeds up both manual and automated testing, reduces bugs in production, and helps us release high-quality software faster.
