A very comprehensive platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love sdk! It's a really junior dev enabler

Browserstack local soemtime is very slow and not so easy to debug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We works remotely and we don't have a lot of phisical devices (smartphone primarly).
Also we find a way to stardardize testing reports.

I love their interface easy to use for cross-browser testing and help to perform quality testing with several real devices

Sometimes some devices are not loading properly

Ensures that applications function correctly across different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and their different versions, allowing tester to reach a wider audience, this streamlines the testing process, allowing testers to quickly identify issues across environments without the need to maintain a physical device lab.
Usage of Browserstack as a QA tester
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a lot of useful features required for testers like myself when it comes to testing on mobile devices. I personally use this particularly with the app testing functionality that allows me to test our company apps on different devices. This is extremely useful as it allows us to test on devices with different e.g resoultions without having to have physical devices
What do you dislike about the product?
On some occasions (For unknown reasons) there have been circumstances where bugs detected in the browserstack application do not occur on physcial mobile devices (Although the exact same device and steps are repeated), we are unsure as to what this reason is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems solved is using mobile and tablet devices to test our apps without requiring physical devices to be purchased. As we have many people working abroad it is extremely cost efficient for us to use browserstack instead of purchasing physical devices

What do you like best about the product?
It provides seamless access to large number of devices , it has a lot of products that can help with testing . i use it almost daily and i can say its absolutely great and reliable . Also all of our use cases was easily integerated and implemented there . I had one encounter with there customer support and they resolved my issue in a good timely manner
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only disadvantage i see is that its a bit expensive specially for bigger teams

Multi device testing as its not always applicable to buy real devices specially for remote team , this help us to test on a widely range of devices
Incredible support in terms of after sales and a good arsenal of tools for Quality Assurance.

Their after-sales support is really great when it comes to customized requirements and if you are stuck somewhere.

Prices are somewhat high when compared to other competitors.

We are using BrowserStack to run our tests on real cloud devices. Managing multiple devices locally is a headache for our Test team and BrowserStack cloud device solutions saves a lot of effort and is pretty straight forward to use.
Great Product For App Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The Ui is very user friendly . It is easy to use and implement . Have used mutiple times both for manual and automation testing . The customer support is also great .

The network tab should get improve and it should be more easily usable .

It is solving two problems . One is two manually test on multiple devices . Secondly , it helps in smooth app automation .

Mobile automation is best functionality that a user can take benefit. Also the performance and usability is quite good and interactive.Multiple featues make it stand out in the market

Results are sometime flaky and sometimes mobile automation or browser automation recordings are not available

What do you like best about the product?
Best part about Browserstack is that we are getting all the features in single dashboard. Earlier we use to run pipeline from Gitlab then check the report in report portal. But after Browserstack we are maintaining, running and analysing our test from single dashboard.

What do you dislike about the product?
While running mobile automation test, Test was running is runing slow in the browserstack. Whereas, for web tests it works perfectly and smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using Browserstack from 2 years in our organisation. Browserstack has reduced our cost for integrating other third party tool such as report portal, Test Plan management tool. We are using browserstack for both type of testing - Manual and Automation and that too for Mobile apps and web as well
Essential for front-end development
What do you like best about the product?
The wide array of browsers and operating systemt to test on. Just recently I was able to find an issue with a font (Segoe UI) which is available on Windows but requires a web font download on other operating systems. And it looked and behaved ever-so-slightly differently when "native" to the Windows OS vs being an external download.
What do you dislike about the product?
The list of browsers is amazing, however it may be a little overwhelming to newcommers. E.g. maybe tell me which Samsung Galaxy is the most popular and the first to test on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Mac OS user/developer, I want to make sure there are no unexpected UI or other issues when my users browse using a different browser/OS, one that I don't even have access to.
