Indispensable utility
What do you like best about the product?
Useful for checking sites on multiple devices, operating systems, and browsers without having to own them. The customer support also responds quickly. Personally, I use it frequently. There are many features, easy to use, both for browser tests and for apps. Additionally, there are many further features. I recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the devices don't work (the pages are gray). To visit some public sites, you need to install their software on your computer (but it's simple). Perhaps the prices could be lowered, especially for monthly tests and not just for annual contracts.

Check the sites on multiple browsers, both the layout and the compatibility.
Honestly saying , Go for it

What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that sometimes the servers slow down and it takes a while to get a specific mobile device to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Browserstack saves time and money. Previously we had to purchase physical devices or take time to ask employees if they had a certain mobile device or tablet, and if they wouldn't mind if we borrowed it for testing.
Best for mobile app testing

Must-have for web developers!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using BrowserStack for several years to test pages I've built. What I like:
- A pretty huge selection of devices/browsers for testing
- Ability to quickly switch between devices
- Affordable pricing for freelancers
- Good support, I recently had a billing issue which they solved in minutes

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't ran into many issues myself. Occassionally it's been a little slow in the past, but it's usually ok. If you need more than the 100 minutes offered on the freelancer plan, it can be pricey for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is a must-have for web developers. Without it, I wouldn't be able to make sure websites I'm building work across all platforms (short of buying a ton of laptops, phones and tablets myself!).
It provides a wide range of mobile and desktop browsers for manual and automation testing.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the cross-browser and device testing most. I do use the App-Live feature daily. It was a real time saver for QA testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) It hangs sometime during the App-Live testing.
2) The log window also hangs sometimes, we have to close the session and relaunch it again.
3) The local config plug-in pop-up comes randomly.
4) Need to install the App each time when we start new session

You want all of their options because all are helpful but we have to be mindful with budget and they are responsive to book a demo with there devs so we can cover only the ones we need.

Allowing us to have a broader test coverage and test management that easily integrates with our current testing framework, playwright seamlessly.
Undoubtedly a necessary tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a QA on projects for large clients such as Moderna or KraftHeinz, using BrowserStack helps me every day in my work to verify clients' quality standards. I live traveling, working remotely and from a Windows computer, I have the ability to use multiple devices through easy virtual access. The client is always happy when the number of devices covered in the tests is mentioned, because that means that their product will be able to reach a large number of users without operating systems or browsers being an impediment barrier.
The quick way it is accessed, the intuitive UI for the work tool, the loading speed and tools it includes such as accessibility testing, or session recording, help me a lot in my work. It is an undoubtedly necessary tool.

Some devices are not working good. But there are very few cases of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows to use multiple browsers and platforms, with the benefit of ensuring that the quality of the software product is the expected one. Sometimes there are issues that developer can't find because they use a single browser on a specific OS. As a QA, using BrowserStack is my best choice to ensure that there are no problems on any specific device or browser
Comprehensive and user friendly cross-browser testing platform
