It its one of the best application for automation testing.

Real device and parallel testing help our team develop and prototype products faster. It made our team life easier to test and collaborate together

Nothing to dislike about browser stack. A small concern regarding the cost of using browser stack is relatively higher, especially for individual developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By offering a comprehensive range of virtual machines and real devices, the browser stack helps ensure that websites and applications work consistently and effectively across different platforms.
It is very practical for me to use the tool to emulate devices that I do not have physically

It is practical, intuitive and gives you many options to organize your tests.

sometimes slow to open or switch devices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to test on emulated devices that I don't have physically, it also gives me the options to record, take a screenshot, see the device information, versions, operating system, etc.

Browser stack integration with popular testing frameworks and development tools streamlines the testing workflow. This integration helps our team to automate repetitive tasks

Browser stack provides extensive documentation and support; some team members find it initially challenging to navigate and set up the platform, especially if they are new to testing or unfamiliar with the tools and integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser stack solves the problem of testing mobile applications and websites with different browsers, OS, and devices. The best benefit is that the browser stack provides a cloud-based testing platform.
A major benefit in auditing and reporting Accessibility issues
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack helps me keep a dashboard of all accessibility reporting and is great for assisted analysis and automated auditing. One of the best things about using Browserstack for Accessibility is that you are able to test for multiple things all in one place including: mobile, apps/sites, screenreader, active elements and automated tab order. All of these are very convenient to have all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I recommend, seem to be addressed in future releases. Upcoming modal testing, one click big reporting, mobile automated workflow, and additional integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is helping automate accessibility issues more often, giving me detailed reporting and assisted analysis where needed. It allows me to focus on more analysis and less on automation.

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is probably the best tool I have come across. Seeing how my websites will look and function across browsers and operating systems is extremely valuable, and BrowserStack makes it a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing negative about BrowserStack. Everything I need is there. It just works. It's easy to use, fast, and fuss-free. Although pricey, it is very much worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I previously had to have several virtual machines or physical devices to test my web apps across various operating systems and browsers - not anymore with BrowserStack!

What do you like best about the product?
Testing in multiple browsers and devices is a MUST if you work doing QA like me. It wouldn't have been possible if my team hadn't purchased BrowserStack, as I only own an iPhone and PC devices. Also, I like that you can switch between screen resolutions easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that only the lag I experience sometimes.

I wouldn't have been able to make a proper QA of our websites without BrowserStack's cross-device testing feature.
Amazing experience with BrowserStack
What do you like best about the product?
I started using BrowserStack in 2021; when I was doing POC around it, I learned that it has many benefits for an automation test engineer. It made testing easy due to its cross-browser functionality, which we wanted for our product testing. The support team members from BrowserStack helped me with all the obstacles I faced during POC. Kudos to them.
Now I had done POC around Accessibility and Visual testing Percy tool. I found them very interesting as they both have several functionalities.
Accessibility can be very useful for visually challenged people as it has the functionality of a screen reader and also gives us details about our web application to follow WCAG guidelines and make website useful for challenged people so that they can also access our products easily.
Percy gives us UI-related details, it make our applications UI bug free. And we can easily identify mismatch of any web element in UI to mock-ups of the product.
I would recommend everybody to use BrowserStack as it has various components which I will definitely use down the line.

Sometimes it happened that we may not find any document related to language we are using for our website, but surely if you can ask the support team members, they would provide you and help you with everything you want around BrowserStack.

Automation testing require that product can be check in each and every browser OS combination and thats what it provides you "Cross-browser" testing along with Parallel testing. Its helping me to make my product bug free by testing in all resolution in every browser and operting system.

Best tool for testing on multiple devices
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is a very useful tool for testing the mobile based application and to do the responsive testing. It allowds user to access all the devices including latest devices which is very useful because we don't need to buy real devices for testing purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
User experience and cost are the two factors that can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is solving are major problems by providing all the devices possible including latest iPhones, iPads, Mac, Android devices. We don't need to carry all the devices physically for testing and that is the major problem solving thing.
Easiest way to test and automate your website in multiple browsers
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way BrowserStack makes it extremely easy to test webpages in different web browsers and even app browsers. It's fast, easy to use, simple, and able to connect with other tools!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about it, I think if we have a feature to use the play store version of the app in it that would be awesome

With BrowserStack we are able to see our websites and apps on many different phones and browsers, this was impossible before and now it hardly takes 5 mins.

I like cross-browser and cross-device, real-device testing of broser stack. Local testing is one of the best features during rapid development and tests.

I feel costing relatively a little bit high other than this; everything is excellent.
