What do you like best about the product?
The multiple choice of devices, and that they are based on real ones

Sometimes I found issues on my phone that I haven't seen on browser

I have been frequently using browserstack from past 1 year and the thing I like about it is that browserstack is very easy to use has lot of features, they have got an excellent customer support team that is there to solve your problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve on online content in terms of automation testing and performance testing using browserstack
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had difficulty to test mobile application on multipe devices and differnt platforms and OS, By having browserstack I can seamlessly test on different platforms.
Amazing tool for integrating selenium tests
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate selenium tests and mobile testing usinh real devices hosted on the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
None really, but i think it will be helpful if there would be an AI / ML integration like self healing tests for continuous testing in CICD env.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running tests in a grid saves us a lot in terms of setup and config thru browserstack sdk
Very good, it provides me with a unique service.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing in BrowserStack is that it gives you the ability to use ios, without having the device itself. You cant make virtual machines, of certain types, like of ios. This exeperience gives me a good ground to test apps, in real-life scenerios.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of BrowserStack is that it is really laggy and choppy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like i said earlier, it gives me acces to ios machines, which i am not able to get acces to otherwise.

i didn't find any things that I dislike, because it helps me a lot for testing and it is very useful

What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack helps us to cover all the devices and browsers. We also use itsApp Automate feature in our mobile app automation. It run all the tests in backend and provide us a brief report step by step which is very useful from business perpective.
Browserstack also has App Live feature which allows us to test manually any app in any device manually in the browser. And the best part about Browserstack is that we dont have to install any software or set dependencies, its works in browser itself.

What do you dislike about the product?
It has a great set of features. But when comes to pricing its is costly as complared to its competitor such as Lambda test and rattle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Broswerstack for testing in multiple devices and browsers without actually owing any device. This saves us a lot of cost as we dont have to issue new device to every team. We are also using browserstack for its detailed report system which gives us a lot of clarity regarding our softwares.

The ability to test your web application across a number of devices and browsers without the need for you to have multiple testing machines and browsers. It makes it easy to compare browsers, screen sizes, devices, responsiveness, locations & debugging.

It could do with more browser options & possibly more training options

The ability to test our applications and resolve issues across multiple clients before we publish & protects our reputation & our clients'

I like that real devices are used and not emulated and it's easy to use.

The cost is somewhat prohibitive for freelancers and indy developers.

BrowserStack quickly identifies and displays any browser or device related bugs in my code.
