What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack is a great tool! The resource is perfect for working needs when testing UX, UI, covers a large pool of devices and browser versions - this is more than enough to improve and speed up the stages of both testing and development. Quality control processes thanks to BrowserStack go to a more advanced level, which is good news! I recommend!

In general, everything suited the maximum. There are no complaints.

What do you like best about the product?
All products of browserstack are so QA focussed from every aspect and help to reduce QA man hours significantly as well as help to improve quality of testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
its not free , just kidding. Nothing comes for free..I dont find anything i dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my problem to use multiple mobile devices for my regression suite and helps to check logs and videos of all my failed or success scenarios.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use, better UI options are available. Switch Device, Throttle,network testing, log records, all are available and easy to search for first time users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any thing, which i dislike. Browserstack is one of the best app available for Cross browser testing, Device testing, L10n testing and Globalization testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now a days, there are multiple devices are available in market. As a manual tester, its hard to verify the app on each and every device, for eg the screen resolution, device configuration, memory, network etc. With browserstack , we are able to test all native , web and hybrid apps at the same place and using same tool.

BrowserStack makes it easy to run automated mobile tests with proper reporting tools. It offers excellent integration with our WebDriverIO-based mobile testing framework. It has been a game changer for our mobile application; hence, I greatly appreciate BrowserStack.

Sometimes devices have high latency, resulting in slow load times and unresponsive UI.

I cant get the UDID of the iphone. Need it to build the debug version of the app

Well not much, but I dont like that you cannot change the device OS version or have the same device with different OS versions.
They could try adding more devices on more OS versions.

We can test app or feature on multiple devices and also have the logs running. We can fetch crash logs and throttle networks if needed. There are many good features which you may not generally get directly in a device.

What do you like best about the product?
Mainly used for cross-browsing. As a tester, we require the builds developed to test on different browsers and versions. BrowserStack has a variety of other browsers that can be used very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too long to load the websites of our build, which must be tested on the browser stack. That one thing is their rest all is perfect. Just check for the performance speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm working with an organisation where digital advertising is the main motto. So we have to check different websites and digital platforms built like banner personalisation and onsite notifications that need testing on other browsers. The browser stack is helping in this too much.
