Testing Cross Platform Apps Made Easier
What do you like best about the product?
One thing I admire a lot about BrowserStack is the variety of devices available. They offer many devices for both Android and iOS, ensuring the responsiveness of my app. Web app is easy to use and customer support is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Devices become unresponsive occasionally in the middle of the testing and on boot screen, it will take more time to initialize the device again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves a key problem for us, the overhead associated with using real devices for testing. With multiple testers in our organization, managing physical devices is inefficient and costly. With BrowserStack, we only need to add the testers and they can use it independently.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very efficient and has increased the productivity of my team very much, very easy to use, The rich features allow to easily integrate with my environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found a bit confusing at firdt but a short demo should be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automated test cases is saving me a lot of time as i dont have to manually test each and every time i reale a new feature it takes care off the corner cases as well.

The devices are stable, there is no problem that the test is running on one of the device and on other not.

Sometimes the connection to the device is lost, so I have to rerun tests

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the platform is its versatility and speed for testing. With it, the process of switching devices and conducting tests on multiple versions and even across multiple platforms becomes simple and quick, resulting in a significant increase in productivity and the delivery of demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some negative points are: occasional lags in the application, as BrowserStack does not have a server in Latin America, tests are sometimes affected by latency, causing some slowness in certain scenarios. Another downside is that the platform does not have its own recording and evidence storage system, requiring the use of external tools to capture and store the evidence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solves the problem of testing across multiple platforms, allowing tests to be performed without the need for a physical device. It is also a simple and intuitive platform where we can easily upload new versions of our apps and test them almost instantly, making it easier to identify and fix development issues, and ensuring that we always deliver the best quality to our customers.
This is a great testing tool and covers so many different testing scenarios

Still a great cross-browser and cross-device testing tool that is delivering great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not face any downsides at this time.

Their platform is helping us test our app and websites across a plethora of devices to make sure we have everything consistent.

Cost effective Automation and Manual testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
In Browserstack, while testing any app there are two ways to use the app, one is by uploading the app file in the browserstack dashboard and other is it can use the files from cloud also. This feature is very helpful when we have to test different apps simultaneously.
While testing android or iOS app manually it provides devtools option which is helpful in debugging and logging bugs to developer with detailed info.

What do you dislike about the product?
While finding xpaths on the app for automation testing, we need to use appium inspector. So, browserstack can implement their own inspector which can eliminate the use of any other tool for testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were happy with manual testing of our mobile apps but the main problem was the debugging and raising issue for the bugs found. As Browserstack has its own devtool for app testing it is helping us a lot in this area.
