What do you like best about the product?
I am a daily user of BrowserStack and believe me, this is the best tool available in market today for web and mobile testing on different browser/devices/OS versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is bit slow and gets hang sometimes. Like you can't use it for fast response and testing. There are 100% chances it will hang or slow down in between causing you trouble in your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack is one stop solution for variety of devices availability on single ground. Also it has all old and latest devices availability which makes device testing very easy. So instead of purchasing various devices for testing you can rely on results of testing on various devices available in BrowserStack.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use. We also love how easy it is to start a device based on the required settings for our application. It was very important for us to use the Browser Stack as we are now sure that our products are compatible with the many devices in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small businesses like us, the price is not very affordable. The product is excellent and should be in the hands of more people!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Browser Stack is solving for us is compatibility testing with different Android versions and devices. As it was unfeasible to have several physical devices in the company to test, Browser Stack was an excellent alternative!
Making mobile testing nightmare easy for testers
What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack is one of the cloud based platform of various kind of devices to test automate for results. Testcafe, playwright, cypress can also be integrated along with the selenium and appium also. The browserstack is one where API can be tested. 3000+ browsers based test report can be generated at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
1- Some native features of devices can not be tested as per the current features.
2- Documentation needs to be updated for the shake of integrating automation tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating in a real device is indirectly means we have to have one dedicated device for testing purpose only, through real devices we can not reach maximum devices for better test results. So we need to have a firm of devices that we can target any device for testing and to generate well furbished report for the testing. Most of the automation tools can be integrated to the browserstack for testing like selenium, appium, tosca, nightwatch, playwright etc.

Short trial period, it would be nice to have a lengthy trial period

It helps accelerate the speed at which testing can be carried out with just a few clicks.

Works with all set of programming languages and with all types of test frameworks. Availability of devices is really amazing for cross device/browser testing
What do you dislike about the product?
Execution time is some times X2 to X3 more when compared to the local execution

Availability of Mobile devices of all variants with different OS versions helping me test my application seamlessly.

the feature i like the best is its ablility to excecute test cases in multiple environments paralllely

nothing much, less number of threads for each user
