Ease of use on many live phones
What do you like best about the product?
Range of mobiles to test apps on with different versions.

The ios phones are so laggy they are basically unusable when it comes to dragging/swiping.

Access to a ton of different mobile devices.

Interface, reliability, fidelity to the devices, debugging tools, screen recordings, etc.

Pricing, as we need not so common access to the tooling (seasonal).

Mostly compatibility with devices for web apps in ios and android
Browserstack App Automate is a great help for Mobile Automation

Their website is quite easy to manoeuvre with an organised dashboard and good customer support. Integration with other frameworks can also be done hassle free.

Sometimes the session terminates because of no response from their server.

Deploying builds and Testing their features on multiple devices of different models and versions.

We can write our automation tests using Espresso and XCUITests, since they are supported, and run our tests daily.
We get results using the Slack integration.
When there are issues, we can view the movies. Additionally, Android supports screen shots to help with troubleshooting failed tests.
Accessibility testing is supported for Android with the basic plan.
The customer support is very good as well.

The support for adding screen shots for iOS has proven difficult to work through and has not worked for us yet.

We can test on multiple devices and OS versions.
We can upload any amount of apps and test our newest versions of apps for release.

I highly recommend BrowserStack for developers and testers who need to test their websites and mobile apps on a wide range of devices and browsers. It is a powerful and easy-to-use tool that can save you a significant amount of time and effort.

BrowserStack provides a lot of real devices allowing to test an app in realistic conditions. It includes a multitude of debugging features making it really useful.

It's a really good experience, I hadn't expected I would be testing on a real Android/iPhone device
but I was impressed when I found that I could control everything on the device not just the browser.

iPhone devices are kinda slow and when I tried the Chrome browser it sometimes got lagged

i don't have to buy or find those devices to test on, just login and test on any device i need
