Useful tool for QA testing
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, a lot of devices and resolutions.

Understanding of the different plans can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can test in a lot of devices without having them physically (i.e. iPhones, Macs, etc).
Great platform for testing across multiple devices and browsers
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack provides a huge range of devices and accompanied browsers, previously these were mainly emulators but are now actual devices which gives even more benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some devices have some issues with copying and pasting in data but this is only a minor issue and recently this has improved across the number of supported browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack allows us to test across multiple devices and therefore find issues post release, this is often extremely useful with UI changes which sometimes have issues displaying correctly on different screen sizes.
Great way to kickstart your testing on multiple browser and device configurations
What do you like best about the product?
I love the local browserstack integration. Most of our tools are accessible behind a VPN so it's easy to access them now under different configurations
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like the device testing is a bit lagging. Browserstack could do better on the performance of their devices.

Can access legacy browsers behind a vpn without investing on keeping a huge collection of testing devices
Browser compatibility testing made easy
What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive range of OS and browser versions in various combinations makes it the go-to tool for browser compatibility testing. The use of beta versions means you can always stay ahead on any nuances being introduced before the browsers roll out new features or changes to their stable version releases. It's easy to use for non-technical colleagues; they can do everything they need to from the user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rendering speed / performance can be quite slow at times. It's understandable when you're essentially viewing an image of server instance from thousands of miles away. But testing can be a little slow due to page load times, speed of entering an address into the browser address bar etc. This is especially the case if you're diagnosing an issue and attempt to open the Dev Tools for the browser in question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack provides us with the testing coverage of a wide range of user environments (devices, operating systems, browser versions). These are also provided in a "clean" environment (without conflicts from browser extensions or plugins, devoid of personal user settings). Testing against factory settings means we're able to validate bugs following a client or internal QA report. The alternative is unthinkable - continually investing in devices, setting up partitions to run multiple versions, making hardware access to colleagues in different locations. Unfathomable.

What do you dislike about the product?
A proper stable network connection is must .Otherwise will feel laggy and will not get a smoother experience.
There are restrictions is accessing the settings menu for phones.So making changes from settings level and testing will be difficult.
Each time all the sessions will get reset.So will not get a continuous testing experience it may take more time to start from the scratch some times.

The price is high and make us consider other options before select BrowserS.tack

With browserStack I can run my tests in several different browsers and devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, it's easy to learn and use. I use Browserstack daily. I like how I can change between the various browsers or devices easily. I don't have to stop the session, I can just click a few buttons to change over from Desktop to mobile whether it be Android or iPhone. Or change from Mac to a Windows. Usually, it works seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy at times. Sometimes when I swithc from Desktop to mobile, it will glitch and go to a randon page or just simply not load at all. Then I have to stop my session and start from scratch again. I found out a few days ago, that there are some things it doesn't show. When using Browserstack, I didn't see we had a coding issues with the scroll bars. I was using my desktop also when testing and ended up seeing a double scroll bar ro the right. We had to create a bug ticket for the issue and get it fixed ASAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browserstack is helpful so I don't have to have all the various devices in hand to do testing. My desk would be very full if I had to have multiple cell phones and computers on my desk.

It’s very user friendly and all real time browser for desktop and mobile can be used from one place

Loading time and the subscription price is very high

Quick change of operating systems and their browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes developer tools are unavailable, but I guess that's more the browser limitation than the Browserstack itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One cannot own that many devices, and even if one could it would be a nightmare to store all of them and make easy access to them all.
