BrowserStack helps to do compatibility testing as well as accessibility testing in a wide varity of cloud hosted devices. It is easy to use and the customer support for testing covers wide range of problems. The integration of Jira and Qtest are seamless and easy. There are number of features comes with BrowserStack that helps with testing.

The overall package cost is higher for small scaling industries and freelancers. Sometimes device performance issues comes up which hinders the testing experience

In our organization we deployed test automation scripts to Browserstack for doing parallel testing on a wide range of devices at the same time which helps to get real time test results to analyse the application behavior. It impacts the ROI while reducing the testing efforts, time and cost.

The main advantage of browserstack is the test obervability , test management and test insights. The second thing is all the devices are cloud hosted which helps to target more number of devices and at the same time test coverage is more. Strong customer support also plays a role when they respond quickly for solving the problem. The integration with JIRA for test management shows the ease of integration and ease of use. Implementing the test scripts are too easy with guided steps on the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web site should be improved and they should classify the features and guide for each feature and version, otherwise very difficult to find any documentations. The price also can be lowred in case of negociation as well for small companies or for freelancers.

In our organization we often use browserstack as mobile application testing platform for quicker testing and quicker report for the tests. It minimizes the development to deployment cycle with ease and early defect finding and fixing. Sometimes the team feels like every penny worthit for buying browserstack for better results.

The connections to the devices feels laggy sometimes. Starting off was a little hard, but got accustomed to how to operate with a small delay

What do you like best about the product?
Browserstack makes running your automation suites incredibly easy. They intergrate with multiple testing frameworks that are stunningly easy to set up. Besides they're amazing support they are also constantly adding new features that help with test enablement. This is the best option for routine testing wether you are using it for every pull request or even just regression testing. Also they allow for dual device weilding which GREATLY improves testing time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues I've had to BrowserStack have to do with tech limitations. However, most of those were resolved by changing testing frameworks. This is one of the easiest products to use on a routine basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BrowserStack solved numerous concerns we had from stocking test devices to reducing our average regression time. We were able to leverage the multitude of test devices BrowserStack offers to enable our developers to test their own changes on real devices as well as run our automation suite in the cloud. This has also helped in reducing our cycle time on code pushes.
