Very innovative product!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the fact that I can test my web applications in a wide variety of devices and browsers in just a matter of seconds
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant really think of one, but would love to see more pricing plans targeted towards independent developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing the performance/rendering of web applications on wide range of browsers and operating systems
Very useful for needing various browser options, when you do not have access otherwise.
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of options of browser types and device types, it is incredibly useful for doing different kinds of testing to ensure that popular browsers you may otherwise not have access to are vaialble.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Browserstack is there can be some slowness when using it. This is to be expected as it is a browser-within-a-browser, but the slowness can lead to misclicks or other troubles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The available options and the access to support when there are problems cover the issues at hand. Whenever there is a problem, it is easy to find support to get things resolved. Very few issues with Browserstack itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Always quick to answer any questions, very friendly workers. They also reach out and let me know of new items they think would benefit our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Honestly, there is nothing bad I can say about them. Works well, offers lots of browser options for testing and offers different tools for checking sites as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use it to manually check websites. We also have it connected to an automation platform to run tests on different browsers as well. They just rolled out an SDK but we haven't had the opportunity to utilize it yet. But we will.
The perfect tool for all your device testing
What do you like best about the product?
With BrowserStack, I have access to many real devices ranging from mobile to desktop, which I can easily use when I'm testing programs. It also gives access to various browsers, which is helpful in cross-browser testing. It has a good notification system that can quickly alert you when your session is about to expire. It also supports automation testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using BrowserStack devices can sometimes be very slow and make certain testing behaviors on a device very difficult. On some rare occasions too connecting to a device takes a significant amount of time. I believe these can be improved upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With BrowserStack, I don't need many real devices for my work. I can quickly test programs on over thirty devices in real-time and get access to different browsers to do this.

Seamless execution and easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting, naming of test runs, I like to have these things done automatically, and therefore I improvised this naming scheme: 11 - 11 am

Don't have to have loads of devices

i can test on all the devices without buying them because apple devices cost a fortune.

very sow testing. some times it gets disconnected.

The main problem the browser stack solved is real-time inspection of bugs on the devices.

Easy way to resolve my daily tasks. Good instant reporting that I can show on daily stand ups.

Must-have for local development for responsive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to switch between devices and different browsers. The range you can choose from is enormous. The fact that you can test your site like it is an actual mobile device makes it invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clicking around can be a bit unresponsive from time to time. Also, subscriptions are super expensive; I wish you could get a limited cheaper one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes local development for mobile much easier. It's just like testing your website in the local browser and enables easier debugging.
