Cross browser testing
What do you like best about the product?
Cross browser testing which enable user to test to multiple browser and multiple devices at one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very complex to configure the testing on multiple browser for newbies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Browser stack has solved the problem of matanaing multiple devices we don't require or purchase multiple devices it can be done at one device only
An awesome tool for Manual and Automation testing
What do you like best about the product?
I like most about Browserstack is that It has so many features in one platform. We can test any type of app whether it is android or iOS. We just need to upload our .apk, .aab or .ipa file. We can also use any platform app for performing automation tetsing as well. We can see detailed logs whenever our cases failes or if we need to debug any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we are testing website on brwoserstack using their Live feature their are limited information on the network tab and application tab as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Browserstack to test our mobile apps and websites on different devices and browsers. Its helps us to perform cross browser and device testing. As Browserstack has detailed guide on how we can use browserstack's any device for our automation testing so this makes our testing very convenient.
BrowserStack is a great backup for testing on real devices
What do you like best about the product?
BrowserStack gives you a range or real devices, often devices we do not have physcial access to, with a mixture of OS versions to test on. Often this is enough to cover what our users have and finds additional bugs due to this. It is quick and easy to use and understand there are no barriers to entry.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the application uploads take a while, could be my connection though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to access a load of device which for a small company would be too extortionate to purchase for the time limited needs we have. Flexability is also a great benefit, maybe we need a device with two different OS version well BrowserStack can do this. To have a physical version of this would be very time consuming and slow to make happen.

First and foremost, the variety of browsers and devices BrowserStack offers for testing is unparalleled. This extensive selection ensures that my applications are thoroughly tested across different environments, elimininating any potential compatibility issues before deployment. The user interface is another aspect that I truly appreicate about BrowserStack. It's clean, intuitive and easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it's slightly difficult to integrate it seamlessly into their existing workflow. Additional configuration or troubleshooting is required at times which disrupts the development process a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With BrowserStack I have access to real browsers running on real devices, allowing mento replicate real world testing scenarios accurately. This ensures that my applixations perform reliably in diverse environments, including different screen sizes, operating systems and network conditions . Prior to BrowserStack, testing across multiple browsers and devices often required setting up complex testing environments. The cloud based testing platform really simplifies thinhs and eliminates the need for extensive hardware setup.
Perfect replacement of Physical Devices

Lot many mobile devices and OS available

Sometimes finding locators is difficult using inbuilt appium inspector

In my earlier complany, we had physical mobile device labs and we ere connecting to it visa see test, but facing chalenges for getting availability slots. Buut browser stacks replaces and and have many available devices which replaces the need of physical devices

What do you like best about the product?
It provides the support of mobile and web testing for more number of OS. It is helpful in testing and we use it frequently. The customer support is also great. Number of features are also to the point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of implementation is the thing i dislike about browser stack. I think that the ease of integration and ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a testing platform helps in automation and app testing. So now it became a single platform to test all the things that were done manually before for each test.

What do you like best about the product?
The testing in serveral browsers makes it easy and convinent to use for me.Also I have seen that it supports the multiple operating systems so also platfrom independent. I have experienced that the easy of integration of different libraries while testing.I have done device testing and automated testing . I have used it frequently and the customer support is also good. The implementation part for testing is also very smmoth and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many things but yes it have some limited free options, and the price is also on the higher side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier i have to test the devices in multiple browsers but now through browserstack cross-browser and cross-device testing is so easy.It save so much time and have greater efficieny than other products in market. It reduces the manual work for me.

As much as BrowserStack is our secret weapon, its price tag can make us wince. It's like loving gourmet coffee but cringing every time you see the bill. For smaller projects or teams watching their pennies, it can feel like a luxury.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With access to real devices, finding and squashing bugs is like having X-ray vision. We catch issues before they spoil anyone's vacation plans, making our platform as reliable as a Swiss watch. Despite its learning curve, once you're over the hill, BrowserStack makes our testing process faster and more streamlined. It's like oiling the gears of our development machine, keeping everything running without a hitch.
Great for QAing
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily see what is firing within certain areas and what isn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tempromental, when using the platform for a long time it can potentially freeze or kick you out. Some of the builds take a long time to load, which could be due to the build itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If the correct values are firing - to bug test, it is invaluable

What do you like best about the product?
Currently I am using App live product provided by BrowserStack, and i like the number of devices it provides for testing which really help the QA department in making the testing process easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
All good, but the unavailability to delete the system application is one of the thing that i dislike about browserstack app live
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our in increasing our test cases including various devices which finally results in QA coverage. This is helping our in low production bugs.
