Torq is scaling for the future

What do you like best about the product?
From the beginning, with the simple and easy-to-use interface, top-notch support, and leading-edge automation features I believe that it is Torq's company culture overall that shines. Whether it is building a workflow, troubleshooting an issue, or getting their perspective on your automation strategy it is the best feeling when you know the Torq team is right there with you. Working with Torq via a case or Slack, it feels like they are an extension of your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the price we pay for Torq is reasonable but if there were an option to reduce the cost or have a more diverse plan that would help when deciding how to scale up/down based on market trends.
Maybe a new pricing tier for more experienced or seasoned customers.
In the end, is it not a goal to become self-sufficient?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq removes a lot of our day-to-day small tasks that come in to our queue in high volume. Additionally, with automation in mind, it is easy to go and test something you feel might save you, your team, or the company time.
