What do you like best about the product?
Detailed documentation, user-friendly, Different workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be beneficial to include additional integration steps, as i often find myself defining custom steps but it's not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated redundant threat intelligence tasks with torq by designing workflows which gets triggered by our on-prem SIEM using step runner which is great as torq is SaaS based solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Torq for more than 7 years now and it's one of the best and most trusted automation tool i have ever encountered. It's brilliant with incredible and reliable features that are easy to learn and understand. Its the best tool for automation business workflows processes. I really love how Torq security automation helps me to finish tasks and it saves much time and effort. In fact, it was easy to link Torq to our other platforms like Jira and Slack. Availability of customer support team is a great advantage.

At first, it was a bit tough for me to fully understand all the features but with time everything was as simple as abcd.

Torq stands out as the best and leading automation tool in the market today. Its user friendly interface makes it super easy to learn and understand within a very short period of time. It quickly responds to any threat to ensure no data damage occur on your data.

Torq offers an intuitive, easy-to-use interface for creating automation workflows. Product features are well documented. And the logic-based nature and look of the user interface make it very simple. Plus, the connectivity with other apps is really amazing. And finally, it automates many workflows and reduces the chance of making errors when doing manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I still it difficult to implement some workflows that I need, but for that the support team is always helpful. Other than this, I love the product and have yet to find reasons to dislike it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product has made using low code easier and tasks can be performed with minimal or no training. Automating the service with Torq helps us reduce costs, making services accessible to these customers. Torq is by far the most powerful of the platform and has allowed us to have all of our our automations in a single location.

One of the challenges is that Torq has a steep learning curve so it can be a bit confusing for new beginners. In fact, it requires users to be well-trained on how to use it.

If you are searching for the best and most secure security automation platform then i highly recommend Torq. It is very easy to use and very reliable with ease of implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to solve malicious activities. Additionally, the rapid response to advanced threats is commendable. And I love that it efficiently detects and prevents threats and attacks compared to manual investigation. Additionally, the customer service and ease of implementation are brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
A better user interface would be appreciated. And I consider that The cost for a smaller group could be high. And sometimes, it consumes more system resources and causes lags in overall performance.

Additioanlly, its artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities allow it to respond effectively to potential threats. For what its meant for, there's hardly anything to complain even though it's a bit complicated to enforce if you're not tech-savvy enough. User support is a bit wanting. But overall its among the best in its class. Few downsides.
