What do you like best about the product?
Torq is stunning with reliable and intuitive soar platform.
I love the personalization Torq offers and how robust it is for each user,
Torq is monumental with customers support is always prompt and we rarely have downtime.

Marketplace is outside of Torq itself, no problem encountered so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great product and team,it gives you capabilities to develop your own solutions and customer success team is great.
Terrific with flexibility to create playbook easily and be able to easily intergrate.

Torq provides users with security bots. The are the feature that replace manual, repetitive tasks and deliver self-service experiences with automated, interactive bots

I haven't found any problems concerning this platform

With Torq, teams can create interactive bots via Slack or other chat tools, and use these to gather data, perform typical operations, run approval workflows, or any other set of tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Torq security automations help me finish tasks despite of my awful coding skill's. The UI is the best. I also love the customer service team because the are always active.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing I can think of at the moment.

Torq secures data for me. It prevents cyber threats. Security automation for incident response. It just protects my data and I like that.

The level of security is top notch and the features are fantastic. The customer support are active. The learning curve is simple to understand for Torq.

Torq has dealt with all my security problems that I had because it has advanced features which make surfing through the Internet safe and easy.
