Powerful security program in SOC operation and endpoint protection
What do you like best about the product?
Investigations of network alerts has become so easy with Torq because it checks for critical vulnerabilities across the whole network and addresses them on priority. The automatic remediation actions against the alerts generated greatly helps us secure all the layers of our gateways in one go.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases we require to take help from Torq support team to enable integration with some third party tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Torq has been instrumental in enhancing our incident response process by providing clear insights into multiple facets of incidents. It makes threat investigation more efficient so we are able to provide adequate protection to our computers and mobile devices.
Best available protection tool for the whole infrastructure and devices
What do you like best about the product?
This program does constant network scanning checking for malware and viruses and provides us with very complete threat reports that allow us to develop strategies and policies for infrastructure security more in line with the needs of our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most threat intelligence programs it may sometimes overprotect you by blocking things you don’t want blocked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offers very good shield mechanism which protects all our endpoints and APIs from different types of viruses and ransomware. Torq allows great policy management in multiple areas including firewall, exception and other areas.
Provides powerful toolkit to proactively manage all security threats via activity logging
What do you like best about the product?
The interface clearly shows the detailed network log activities and its real-time threat notifications allows us to instantly block any threats and track them down easily. It provides detailed reports on our device connections and has a very active firewall that denies access any unauthorized program from accessing the devices. I also like that the customer support team is very good and always available to assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any reason to dislike this platform as it works as expected and I enjoyed every features it got.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been the most secure platform for keeping our devices secure from threats and controlling the access to our network effectively and protected our inventories from being copied by unauthorized people.
Blazing fast threat detection and every threat blocking is completely effective
What do you like best about the product?
The speed with which this tool acts against network threats is both fast and efficient. It has pretty good firewall mechanism against unauthorized access and directory attacks. Also, the configuration features for whole network log analysis is very complete for the full security of our network.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very effective in the control and protection against all threats and because of this there’s nothing that I like least about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great help in the detection and protection from malwares that can access devices connected to the internet. It has a fantastic system that quarantines files that are malicious and this thorough check of our system keeps every device, application, and data safe from threats.

What do you like best about the product?
Great malware detection and offers comprehensive internet and anti-phishing protection as it is pretty stable and reliable in detecting threats helping us stop potential threats at the earliest point.
What do you dislike about the product?
It runs fast and protects our network well against a wide variety of malware. I have not had an issue since I’ve used this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network scanning has been accurate and quick doing analysis to detect new threats with efficiency allowing us to protect applications and the whole network against attacks and eliminate all the malware it detected.
The threat prevention is wonderful and proven adequate in protecting workstations

The product performs well, provides reliable protection, and has met my expectations for endpoint security. It detects threats in real time and alerts us right away. It’s quick response to emerging threats has been invaluable in maintaining our organization’s security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I am satisfied with the way this product works and its very good that it immediately detects and blocks malicious web links and any network breaches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product allows us to view network security status from a single console and comprehensively block threats which greatly facilitates maintaining the health of our technology stack.
Excellent analysis of the network with the greatest threat blocker and log analyzer
What do you like best about the product?
Great at monitoring network flow across the organization and sends out timely alerts when there are threats that can harm our devices. Real time incident reports are easy to access, enables us to design specialized threat intelligent policies, and it’s customer support is also a plus point in that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Torq is really smooth and always does work perfectly. It’s really easy to use and I haven’t had any issue that I can point out as a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The log analysis automation part of the tool self checks our network and scans through API connections to find malware and very good at developing defense against threats that harm our sensitive information.
Very extensive and effective threat detection capability and risk management
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly comprehensive monitoring suite that covers everything from server and networking monitoring to log analysis and threat reporting. It has several detection tools that are very effective at finding new threats and enables us to implement countermeasures in case of direct threats to our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to complain about since I find it quite complete and ticks all the boxes with strong features for threat investigation and isolation.

It helps our company detect, prevent, and respond to cyberattacks, and to secure our network, endpoints, and sensitive data from various types of malware.
Very reliable and spot on when detecting issues on the running processes of our servers

Torq offers broad and reliable monitoring across servers, websites, and cloud apps. The dashboards are easy to navigate, alerts are accurate, reports are clear, and they offer dependable support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration options takes some time to complete at first because of the large amount of options available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a good tool that helps us catch ransomware early without getting flooded with noise so we are able to remediate server issues so much faster and also maintain the uptime of our applications and ports.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a very user friendly dashboard for reporting and oversight for network threats and classification of malware families. The product is very configurable and malware detection and removal is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a con but as Torq is such a fully featured and robust tool, there can be lots to learn and pick up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is safely protected against all threats and as far as scanning endpoints and catching malware, this product has been very effective.
